The only frustration was having to use the front gate for every time entering and exiting as opposed to the back gate that the actual owners can use. But thatā€™s pretty minor.

Beautiful Property

This is a very nice home that is decorated beautifully and is so relaxing with the waterfall right off of the patio. It was perfect for my husband and I, along with another couple as it has two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed for 10 days the end of October and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Condo had everything we needed. The location is great, close to Ralph's and eateries. Very central to other areas (LaQuinta, Palm Springs, etc). Good walking and very large warm community Pool. The small pool across the street wasn't heated when we were there (will be after November) so was alittle chilly but the hot tub was great! And to top it off the weather was fabulous!! Host was always great about answering any questions. Thank you for offering this very nice Condo.

Absolutely great!

Can't imagine a better experience than ours at this beautiful place. It's nicely decorated, fully stocked with every appliance/cooking implement you might ever need. Very nice open, modern kitchen, and the view out onto the golf course with the adjacent green, water hazard, and little waterfall are just heavenly. The owners provided an excellent sheet detailing all the particulars from check-in to check-out, and they were immediately responsive whenever we communicated with them. A plus all the way!

Great Week in Palm Desert

My family and I spent Thanksgiving week in Palm Valley and had a terrific time. Condo was clean, well stocked, and a great location to relax by the pool (just a walk across the street), walk the terrific grounds or rest on the peaceful patio overlooking the stream...great for coffee and wine. Location was close to downtown and walking El Paseo is a relaxing way to spend the day . Sally was terrific to work with and could not have been more accommodating. Will return for sure...have found our home away from home.

This property sits adjacent to waterfalls, ponds, and a stream that frame the 7th hole of the Challenge golf course, a wonderful setting. The owner, Sally, was quick to respond to any inquiry and took whatever action was needed to address the issue. We hope to return next winter.

Fabulous Setting

A lovely, tranquil, setting on the golf course with a pond and waterfall next to the patio. With an extra private back yard area, just steps away from the pool, we were well situated for a relaxing Christmas break. Our hosts not only ensured that all our needs were taken care of, they also provided us with a very well equipped kitchen with all the amenities. Furthermore, our hosts set up a Christmas tree for us before we arrived so that we could have a special Christmas with our mom. Thank you Sally and Tom for your hospitality and ensuring we had an exceptional holiday.

Wonderful vacation home

This property is without a doubt the best vrbo we have ever stayed at since travelling to the US for over20+years. Everything was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was well really stocked with everything available to make self-catering a delight. The appliances are new. The bathrooms with walk-in showers were fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the lounge with two lazy-boy armchairs. Unfortunately the Palm Dessert weather was not kind to us, very cool and cloudy so we couldnā€™t make use of the beautiful patio area looking over the golf course. This is a perfect home, in a beautiful tranquil setting and is highly recommended.

I donā€™t agree with guests not being able to play tennis.. pickleball.. etc. just because host does not have membership. Guests should pay to use facility. After 11:00 am there is no one using courts

I 100% agree with you. Unfortunately this is the way it is & as homeowners we canā€™t even use the club unless we pay for a full membership. Maybe someday they will change it, that would be wonderful!

Was very nice but the price was increased $1000 after our initial contract for our stay . They said it was because it was a Coachella weekend . We left the place cleaner than when we arrived . Apparently there was a sand storm . Would have been nice to be reimbursed for that ā€¦ā€¦..anyway Sally did let us check in a day early for a reasonable price . The unit has been updated and very well stocked across the street from the pool .

We live in Seattle and were looking for a sunny place to escape to. We have been looking for many years, waiting for all the things that this condo has to offer. One level, steps to the pool, and a water feature right outside the back patio to enjoy our morning coffee to name a few. The security at Palm Valley Country Club is excellent and we feel comfortable each time we are away. We hope you love it as much as we do!!!
