This gorgeous private home is located on April Mountain, perfectly optimizing minutes away access to Deer Valley Ski Area, Main Street Park City shopping/dining, and to Park City Ski Area. It has the best views of the valley, high quality finishes and designer furnishings, an open and bright floor plan (approximately 6,500 square feet) and many other amenities: hot tub, pool table, and foosball table.

The main entry level is the living room, kitchen and dining room combined into a beautiful great room, and the master bedroom suite. Also on this level is an office with a Queen murphy bed a powder room which doubles as the sixth bedroom, and a laundry room. From the master suite or from the open great room dining area, exit to a full-length deck with sweeping views, dining and seating areas, and an outdoor fireplace and large gas grill.

On the lower level, you will find a second master suite and a third bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Also on this level are the fifth and sixth bedrooms that share a full bathroom, a family room and game room, a gym, a second powder room and with a second washer and dryer, and the private hot tub on a deck just outside the family room.

Family Room: On lower level with lots of seating, 85” television and surround sound. Game area with pool table and wet bar with sink, refrigerator. Floor to ceiling natural stone gas fireplace.

Kitchen: Hardwood floors, granite counters, equipped with professional appliances for gourmet cooking. Working island with a second sink and dishwasher. Wolf stove (gas) has 5 burners, oven and microwave, plus full sized refrigerator/freezer.

Dining Room: Formal dining table with seating for 8. Open and attached kitchen has another talbe with seating for 6.

Bedrooms: Master – King bed, 70” television, huge walk in closet, adjoining bathroom with three separate vanities, and walk in shower.

Second Master – King bed, adjoining bath with 2 sinks, shower.
Third – King bed, full bathroom with showeer.
Fourth - Two queen beds.
Fifth – Two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four.
Sixth – Office / Bedroom with queen Murphy bed.

Hot Tub: 64 jet hot tub seats 6 people. This is the ultimate relaxation station after a long day on the slopes.
