It is within walking distance or water taxi to town and located on Medano Beach, the only swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas.

There is no place on earth like the breathtaking beauty of Cabo San Lucus, and, there is no place to enjoy the splendor of Cabo like Esplendor del Cabo at Villa La Estancia. Esplendor del Cabo combines the features of a private home with the amenities of a luxury resort!

Esplendor del Cabo at Villa La Estancia offers outstanding ocean views from every room, pools with swim up bars, tennis courts, a fitness center that includes a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, poolside and beach services, and two restaurants.

Villa La Estancia offers 24 hour check-in reception and security, concierge, an onsite mini-supermarket, deli, ice cream stand, video rental, internet cafe, pharmacy and full service spa.

This luxurious second floor Villa offers a spacious terrace with spectacular views of the ocean and Lands End. The Villa is fully equipped and features the following:

Queens Plus - This bedroom is fit enough for two queen beds plus a private full bath offering both privacy and the same spectacular views.

Mediterranean Style Great Room - This room is perfect for entertaining with large kitchen area, dining and living room areas complete with an entertainment center with TV, VCR/DVD, stereo, CD player. The queen pull-out sofa and the bathroom with shower make this practically a 3rd bedroom.

The View - Esplendor del Cabo at Villa La Estancia has some of the most stunning views in Cabo San Lucas. The view of Lands End in the phots was taken from your huge veranda where you have the convenience of a wet bar with refrigerator, gas BBQ and comfortable lounges to enjoy the view.

Everything could not have been better! From the moment we arrived until we left it was an easy check-in/checkout process, the staff was very attentive, the unit condo was amazing along with the views! Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic Condo and Host!!

We loved our stay at La Estancia, the property is beautiful, well kept and safe. The resort restaurants have amazing food and the host was very gracious with an early check in and late check out. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re headed to Cabo.

What a fantastic unit with direct ocean views. Cando exactly as described. Estancia is our favorite location in Cabo. The staff is superb restaurants are great and lots of choices.

Absolutely amazing

This has been one of the best resorts we have stayed in Cabo. Amenities were phenomenal and location is great. The views that his condominium offers is absolutely amazing. We would definitely come back.

Amazing experience

The room was nice and clean, housekeeping was done every 2 days. The view from the kitchen was absolutely amazing. It was a perfect accommodation for a large family. The resort was top notch with lots of restaurants, nightly show and a kid zone. Gary thank you again.

Beautiful condo on the beach

Beautiful Condo with amazing view in a really nice resort. Owner is great to communicate with and sends an awesome welcome/information packet. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.

Overall it was a great stay. It would have even been better if the AC worked properly. The main living AC emitted stale air, only cool the first 2 days. We made sure to close all doors and lock them. Still no AC. Bedrooms were fine.

Highly Recommend!

My family and I had a great vacation here at Villa La Estancia! The welcome packet from the owner was super thorough and helpful. We loved relaxing by the pool and also exploring the mariner. It was totally easy getting taxis and dinner reservations. Would definitely come back!

Fabulous condo!

The condo was immaculate and spacious and well-appointed. The best part was the huge balcony with the spectacular view! The pool area was fantastic and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great - about a mile walk (or taxi) to the marina with tons of restaurants and shops (and a gigantic supermarket). I highly recommend if you are going to Cabo!

La Estancia

This was our 3rd time in Cabo San Lucas and this villa was the best by far. It was in the perfect location right on the beach and close to the marina. The service and amenities were awesome. The villa itself was spacious and a perfect space for our party of 6 adults. It was clean and modern. It had everything you would need while on vacation. The pool was perfect. Always seating and the service was great. The grounds were perfectly kept. Many options for dining and close to supermarket for at home meals. I would highly recommend staying at La Estancia!

Fantastic resort.

Absolutely loved our stay here. My husband and I came with our adult son and his wife. The bedroom set up was extremely comfortable for the four of us. The view off the patio is exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. The pool and swim bar are awesome. The food was beyond delicious at all of the restaurants on site or at the adjacent resort. We went for a massages one day at the spa next-door. One day we went to the baby turtle release at the conservation program. You can do jet skis, right outside of the resort. The beach is about two minute walk straight out From the resort. The location couldn’t have been better. I very highly recommend this VRBO unit. Communication with the owner was excellent. We definitely want to come back.

Friends Annual Getaway

Two friends and I just returned from Cabo and the spectacular Villa La Estancia. The best description of villa 2301 is WOW! From the moment we walked thru the door until we reached the beautiful view from balcony that was all we could say. Every morning we sat on the balcony drinking our coffee and wishing we could stay longer than a week. The grounds are constantly being manicured, housekeeping was great and any problem (only one while we were there) was taken care of immediately. We visited several of the restaurants at VLA and adjoining properties and the food and service in each of them was exceptional. We developed a friendship with Jose who worked the front door and took up our luggage. He was a great help with directions and letting us know places to go and things to do. We have rented condo's on vrbo.com several times but can truthfully say that this was by far our best yet and would love to take a return trip!

Best Cabo Stay Ever!

This is by far the best VRBO experience and best Cabo location we have stayed in. We will definitely be coming back and booking here again! Gary was wonderful to work with and the amenities of La Estancia were simply amazing. Gorgeous resort, fabulous condo and the staff could not have been nicer! We certainly recommend with the highest rating possible!
