It doesn’t get better than a beach vacation with beachfront views! Aqua Sound is a three-level, Gulf-front vacation home located in downtown Destin. Perched atop sugary sand dunes, the home offers vacationers a front-row seat to view the emerald waves and crystalline shores of nature’s prettiest beach. The home features open living quarters, well-appointed bedrooms, breezy balconies, and convenient access to the beach and a community pool. With four bedrooms, the property can comfortably accommodate up to eleven visitors.

The main great room is on the second floor. High ceilings, recessed lighting, and a wall of glass doors that face the water show off the room’s spaciousness. Wood floors and muted teal walls add a laidback coastal feel. A chocolate-brown couch, multiple leather armchairs, and a plush accent chair create a cozy seating ensemble in the living room. The setup faces a TV mounted above an entertainment cabinet. From this room, guests can access the furnished beachfront balcony. Next to the living room, a hardwood table and six chairs make up the dining area. Additional stool seating can be found at the adjacent kitchen bar. The large kitchen has white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a tile backsplash, and sunny windows.

The home’s four bedrooms are spread across all three floors. On the first level, you will find a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a wall-mounted TV. The room also has a table, raised bar, and chairs. A door provides access to a lovely shaded patio with seating. On the second floor, there is a guest bedroom with a king-size bed, a separate space with a twin futon, and an ensuite bath. The remaining bedrooms are located on the third level. One is the spacious primary suite with a king-size bed, reading corner, TV, private balcony access, and a luxury bath with a glass-walled shower. The other bedroom on this level features a queen-size bed, TV, and balcony access.

Conveniently located in the residential community of Destin Pointe, Aqua Sound vacationers enjoy access to multiple amenities. Visit the community pool for a freshwater swim before hitting the beach. The pool has a shallow entry, which is great for the little ones in the group. A sun-soaked deck surrounds it with lounge chairs, and a bubbling hot tub provides additional space for relaxation. The community has tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a playground. Of course, the beach is only steps away, as well.

In addition to community amenities, Downtown Destin offers visitors many fun locales and activities. Nearby restaurants include Louisiana Lagniappe, Boshamps Seafood and Oyster House, and Boathouse Oyster Bar—each of these is a favorite among locals and visitors. Only a couple minutes away, HarborWalk Village boasts various restaurants, bars, shops, zip lining, family-friendly activities, seasonal festivals, live music, dolphin cruises, firework shows, and much more.

Third Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Laundry.

Beach Restoration Notice: Okaloosa County is conducting a beach restoration project along Holiday Isle beginning in March 2026, with sand placement expected from approximately April through early May. During this time, guests may see survey crews, equipment, and active sand placement on portions of the beach. The beach will remain open, but temporary closures may occur in work areas as the project progresses.
