* Gourmet kitchen fully stocked for the cook, Keurig and regular coffee maker, large steamer pot, crock pot, air fryer, pancake skillet,
* Bar area with beverage cooler (frees up refrigerator space) and ice maker makes 50 lbs ice/day. Wine and cocktail glasses
* Dining table seats 9 and large counter seating for 5
* Comfortable leather sectional seating area

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay and love the location. This was our second year at this house and we revisited because we liked our previous trip. The only problem we ever have is bugs, but we understand that the damp weather makes this a difficult problem. The owners and management have always been very good and try hard to clear up any issues.

We had a great time as a family at Mary’s Place. The host is very attentive and available for questions or help. The rental is well maintained and clean. We found the kitchen to be fully equipped. Everything in the listing was as pictured.

Top notch place in Topsail!

We loved staying at this house! It is beautifully decorated, with all the kitchen essentials we needed, conveniently located to the fishing pier, and the deck and hot tub with a view was by far our favorite part! The property owner was great with communication and we hope to come back again soon!

Family Memories

We loved our stay at Mary’s Place. It was convenient to the Sea View Pier and was a great house for our family. North Topsail is our favorite beach and we plan on staying again with Mary’s Place. The owners and property manager are wonderful.

Awesome!

Really enjoyed this property. Nice to walk out your back door and be on the beach. Donna the property manger, was super helpful and went out of her way to insure we had what we needed and that our vacation was enjoyable. Thank you Mary for sharing your property with us. Loved it was near the pier and the sunrises were incredible.

Great Week at Mary's Place

We had such a great week at Mary Place's! The house was perfect for our group, clean and the kitchen was stocked. The location was great and my kids loved being close to the pier so they could fish. We would definitely rent again.

Great house

Mary’s place is a great house right on the beach. A short walk to the pool and fishing pier. Well stocked for a great week. A short drive to Rick’s restaurant which is a great place for dinner.

Family beach week

The 3rd floor suite was a perfect grandparent refuge! All parents and kids together on 2nd floor. House was laid out perfectly to suit our crowd. Loved all the decks.

One of our favorite vacation rentals to date!

We loved our stay at “Mary’s Place”! The location is top notch, the community pool was clean and warm, the house was well-stocked and had clear, thorough directions for amenities, check-in/out, etc. to make our stay easy to navigate. Not to mention, the location so near the pier made it a PRIME spot for shark tooth and shell hunting, which our family loves to do. Donna, the property manager, was timely with responses and so accommodating. Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this house or how it is managed. We plan to be back in the future!

Wonderful Home Away From Home

Mary’s Place is a beautiful home away from home. It had everything our family needed to make our beach vacation a success. The view of the ocean right out the back door was so awe-inspiring. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of needing from pots and pans to blenders, coffee pots, even a waffle maker and air fryer! Plenty of glasses, dishes, silverware, and we loved having the separate ice maker! Beds were comfortable. We used the hot tub every evening we were there, so that was an added plus! Thank you Mary and Nicholas for sharing your beach home with us!

Location! View! Roomy !

Mary’s place was a perfect beach residence for our 7 adults 2 grandchildren! It had everything we needed ! Loved walking out to the deck to the beach! The only mishap for us was the hot tub didn’t work the whole week even though they responded quickly unfortunately we couldn’t have it fix as I do like the hot tub at night over the ocean they did say we could use another unit but we didn’t use it! Very accomadatinf but unfortunate, everything else was perfect with an island with a beverage fridge and ice maker! We would stay again

Great house! Tough Weather.

Very nice lay out with all upper end features. House was clean and well kept. Private Elevator was a great aid for lugging everything up stairs to the main floor. Ice machine and other appliances all worked great. Due to a tropical storm hanging around all week, we had to spend most of our time indoors, but the house was spacious and very comfortable so it made the indoor time easier to handle. Any questions we had were answered fast. Had an issue with the hot tub, but the owner had a repair tech out immediately to address it. We will stay at this location again! The beach is very nice in front of the property.

Likewise the hot tub had some damage from lightning/ power surge and it was not possible for them to get it fixed quickly. The hot tub is only a few years old and we do our best to maintain it . The house was exceptionally clean, especially compared to some we have rented. The kitchen was well stocked. A few supplies (TP, paper towels, soap) were appreciated. The instructions for the elevator were a little confusing; some of the procedures seem to be out of order. Locking the side door was a little tricky. The furnishings and decorations were very nice. For myself, I cannot sit in the Adironack chairs due to hip issues. Other types of chairs on the deck would have been nice. We did have a couple roaches; hopefully you have the house treated periodically. On the third floor, one light in the bathroom was out and one of the ceiling lights in the bedroom flickered constantly. We loved the house and each of us (5 females 60) enjoyed having our own bedrooms with large beds. The mattress on the third floor should be replaced - sleeping on the right side, I was leaning toward falling out. We did not use the hot tub because we could not get the cover off. We were blessed with beautiful weather the entire week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Beautiful House in the Perfect Location

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! House had everything that we needed from plenty of silverware, plates, and cups to a large washer and dryer to a full closet of beach chairs and toys. Everything was well labeled which was nice. The house was big enough for 5 adults and 4 kids to spread out. The third floor was quite a climb but it had its own mini fridge and keurig which helped to cut down on the up and down trips. This was the perfect location. The beach was very clean and not crowded at all. It was so nice just to walk out your back door and be on the beach. My dad loved watching the military helicopters flying over. We found tons of shark teeth and watch dolphins swimming in the water. There is a pool a few houses down which only took about 45 second to walk too. It was nice and clean and the kids loved it. Had an issue with the hot tub which we assume had to do with a big storm that rolled through but the hot tub was fixed the next day (the property manager did forget to tell us that the tech was coming to fix it so we lost that day using the tub because we thought it was still out of order). Overall we loved the house and hope to be able to stay here again in the future! We definitely recommend!

Perfect house for the perfect vacation

Our son was to deploy soon, so our family met at Topsail for both a vacation and spend some time with our son. The house was great having everything I needed to cook fabulous meals for our family. The house is so cute and spacious and plenty of closet and dresser space. The beds were all comfortable made me realize I need a new mattress at home. My husband liked the ice maker best of all, produced plenty to keep his craft beers cold in a cooler. We will return next year and especially when our son returns from overseas.

Perfect Vacation Rental!

My girlfriends and I visited your lovely home in early May and had a fantastic time. Your home is warm, welcoming, amazingly decorated and has all of the amenities that one could want or need. The weather was a perfect escape from the cold northeast - we had such a relaxing time at the beach during the day and sitting in the hot tub and eating on the deck at night. We’re looking forward to another week vacation at Mary’s Place sometime soon!

Our family made many memories on our yearly beach vacations with cousins and grandparents. We are from New Jersey and would go yearly to different beach homes. After visiting Topsail we were hooked and were fortunate to purchase our home in 2009. We continue to make new memories and the beauty of Topsail never gets old ! As we sit on the deck or in the hot tub looking at the surrounding beauty we say " it doesn't get much better than this!!"

We have owned the home since 2009 and have strived to provide a clean comfortable home for ourselves and our guests. Our home is located on a beautiful stretch of quiet North Topsail Beach yet stores and restaurants , parks and other water sports are within easy reach. We have a renters closet filled with many beach chairs of all sizes and toys for the young ones.
