Welcome to your piece of paradise! This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom oceanfront duplex home will provide you with the vacation you have been dreaming of and more. Enjoy the private hot tub year-round while gazing up at the stars and listening to the ocean waves. This large 5 br home is tastefully and newly decorated to provide a group of up to 12 with top quality comfort. Literally steps away from the COMMUNITY POOL, and the BEACH, you have easy access to both and can watch your kids play from any of your three OCEANFRONT DECKS or from your own PRIVATE HOT TUB.
As soon as you step into this paradise home, you are graced with vibrant colors and classic beach décor. The interior is simply beautiful with a fresh kick. The kitchen shines with its new appliances and opens to the living room. The living area offers spacious floors for the family to take advantage of and enjoy. From here, you can take a step outside to the lovely balcony that is gazing out at the deep blue sea. Luckily, this beach house has three incredible balconies making sure you can get that breathtaking view at all levels.
Relax in the outdoor hot tub with friends and family overlooking the ocean and pool. In front of the house sits the communal pool which is shared. The pool is open April 1- October 31. Toting groceries, suitcases, and grandparents will be a breeze with the private elevator which accesses the main living area and bedroom.
On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a FIRST FLOOR BEDROOM suite (Queen) with adjoining bath for any guests with limited mobility, and a spacious great room and dining area that comfortably seats 10. Continuing up the staircase, on the second floor, you'll find one room equipped with a twin over double bunk bed with a twin trundle, a master suite (King) with adjoining bath and oceanfront deck; and a cheerful bedroom (Queen) with oceanfront deck. The third floor offers the luxurious owner's retreat (King) with an entire floor dedicated to you and yours. Enjoy a custom granite wet bar with a single cup Keurig, mini fridge, a desktop with ocean view and a full bath with walk-in shower. Sip your cup of coffee on the private furnished deck. Every bedroom has its own FLAT SCREEN ROKU TV. To help make your vacation easier if you have YOUNG KIDS, we have a highchair, pack and play, baby monitor, children's books, and LOTS of beach/pool toys! The kids will love the X-BOX!
This 3-story deluxe duplex is in great condition and thoughtfully stocked - we aim to meet your needs so you can have a relaxing vacation! Everything is a short stroll from here - a one-minute walk takes you to the nearby fishing pier, or the restaurant at Villa Capriani. A 10-minute walk takes you to the recreation park which has a playground, lighted tennis courts and basketball courts. Putt-Putt Golf is just a few miles down the road and the area's premier 4-star rated golf course is 5 minutes away by car and is one of Golf Digest's 'Best Places to Play' 2008-2009. North Topsail Island is close to many sights but retains the uncrowded beach town feel while on the Island. Topsail Island is located in between Wilmington and Jacksonville, North Carolina. If you're feeling more adventurous, visit the USS North Carolina Battleship in Wilmington (35 miles south) or the North Carolina Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores (35 miles north).

- A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
- This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Events are not permitted on the property.
- Parking is provided for up to four (4) vehicles. No additional parking in the Villas development is provided.
- Ring doorbell (s) on side door, oceanfront door with view of hot tub and ring security camera in carport.
We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We do not provide these amenities for your entire stay.

Come vacation on Topsail’s 26-mile long barrier island like no other in the world, the last of the rural beaches, where your families can gain the best memories. You will be glad you did!
Fun fact… Lucky vacationers walking on the beach between July and October might spot the signs and pink borderlines of a turtle nest about to hatch. Turtle project volunteers prepare the nesting area for the emerging turtles by creating smooth runaways in the sand and clearing the area of obstacles. At night, trained volunteers sit by these nests and await the actual hatching, as well as advise nearby homeowners to shield their lights, in order for the turtles to aim for the ocean and newly made driveways and away from stray light.
Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium
