Great building, not so great suite

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Waikiki Landmark is a beautiful place with a wonderful pool and grilling area. The management team is great with quick responses to any concerns. Ringtin was a consistent bright spot. Unfortunately, the unit is showing its age. Appliances, eg. fridge and oven had issues. Management responded quickly and did what they could. There is no lanai furniture. The living room couch is uncomfortably low. The table sits only two people. Again, a folding table and chairs were quickly provided when requested. The bedrooms were comfortable. Good closet space. The bathrooms were fine. The property was clean. The kitchen is small but adequate. It contains the washer and dryer which unfortunately protrude into an already compact space. Comfortable for one person, less so for any more. For the price per night, one could do better. It is definitely adequate but we expected more.
