Honolulu vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good accommodation with good check in and check out. Fair furniture and appliances. Could have better roach protection. Good price for stay.

Even though Hawaii is a tropical climate in which insects are common, our company is pro-active in preventative measures and all of our rentals are treated for pest control. Unfortunately, there may be a rare occasion where there is an occurrence and we sincerely apologize. We ask guests to call their property manager who is on call 24/7 to resolve any issue during your stay. We have since investigated and addressed your concerns by having the unit professional treated. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for future vacation plans.

The view from the balcony is amazing.

Reviewer Comments: The chateau is great in location.It was close to Alamoana and convenient to buy food and daily necessities, making life easy.Walking also has Magic lsland ,Alamoana Beach Park and some nice places.#2910 was very good because the necessary things for a long-term stay were arranged.The security staff was stationed 24 hours a day, and the security was strong ,so l could spend my time with peace of mind.when l was in trouble, the staff of Captain Cook dealt with me and l was very encouraged.l would like to use it again if lhave an opportunity.

Great cozy fully-equipped room with safe and pleasant neighborhoo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a pleasant long stay. We've stayed at quite a few vacation rentals but this one was definitely one of the best. The building is old but very clean and well managed by helpful managements. Majority of the rooms are resided by local residents and everyone we met in the elevator are friendly and well mannered. The room is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The allocated parking spot is a good spot, too. The location is in between Waikiki and Alamoana so it's about 15min walk to either of them. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The only downside we could think of is the small and shallow pool. But the BBQ area is spacious and clean and free of charge.

Reviewer Comments: 清潔感のあるお部屋でした。キッチンも広く、とても使いやすかったです。向かいにスーパーがあり、ヒルトンホテルまで歩いて行くことができるので、とても便利な立地です。プールやBBQなどの使い勝手も良かったです。セキュリティーもしっかりしていて、安心です。ただ、階下の方がベビースモーカーのようで、ベランダからのタバコのにおいが耐えられず、窓を閉めたことが何回かありました。その一点だけが残念でした。

All of our of condos are non-smoking. Unfortunately, there may be a rare occasion where another condo may have someone smoke on their balcony where the smoke carries to other units, we do appologize.
