Built in 2022, this home features a screened lanai, private heated saltwater pool and privacy fence. You are close to shopping, golfing and many local attractions. Being in the NW area of Cape Coral means you are nearly equal distances to the famous Gulf islands Boca Grande off Port Charlotte and Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach off Cape Coral and Fort Myers. From here, you have access to all the best beaches SW Florida has to offer with a short drive to many great restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.

THE HOME

1750 sq ft, open floor plan with west facing pool. You should not need the pool heating fee during the summer months.
Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bathroom and very large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2: King bed. Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Second bathroom is shared. Dedicated pool bathroom off the lanai.

The lanai features a TV, outdoor sitting, and dining area w/grill.
