With over 20 years in real estate as both realtors and investors, we have built a deep understanding of the short-term rental market. Our journey began in 2016 when we purchased our first vacation rental. Since then, we have expanded our portfolio and helped many other investors successfully enter the short-term rental space.

We started by self-managing our properties, giving us firsthand experience in what it takes to be a successful host. From the late-night guest inquiries to the meticulous details that create 5-star stays, we know that great hosting is all about care, availability, and exceptional service.

In 2022, we launched A1Day1 Vacation Home Management, a boutique property management company dedicated to helping other short-term rental owners elevate their rental experience with a professional, hands-on team.

With 4 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite, and 2 king beds all on one level, this home is perfect for family and friends. The open concept living area features a large living room, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Step outside to your own private backyard oasis! Relax in the free heated pool, unwind in the hammock, or enjoy a meal in the outdoor kitchen. Whether you're soaking up the sun or finding some shade, there's plenty of space to relax and enjoy Florida's beautiful weather.

Located just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, "The Coral Gem" is perfectly situated for beach days and coastal adventures. When you're not at the beach, enjoy the peaceful surroundings at home with tons of outdoor space for tanning, yoga by the pool, or reading a book in the hammock.

The master suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and a private bath, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Best of all, there are no locked spaces—everything is available for you to enjoy!

Dog Policy:
We welcome one dog per stay with prior approval and a $200 non-refundable fee. Your dog must be fully house-trained, leashed when outside the fenced area, and crated when you’re not at home. Please ensure they don’t disturb the neighbors and keep them off the furniture. Certain breeds, per our insurance guidelines, are not allowed.
