In the summer, enjoy hiking, biking, ATVing, kayaking, and much more to keep you and your guests entertained in one of the most beautiful states.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by sitting on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book by the fireplace, or streaming a movie on the TV in the living area. Create culinary charms in the kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, oven range, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Two Queen-size beds are provided so everyone can get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Watch the sun rise over the Rockies with your cup of coffee on the private balcony, starting your day out right. Make memories that'll last a lifetime when you visit this gorgeous corner of Colorado.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
