Villa Cortez is steps away from a private beach, set up to assure you have all the comforts of home and then some.

Resort amenities include a cozy bar and restaurant, swimming pools, jacuzzi, fire pit, large outdoor palapa living room for lounging, and beach-front gear. Truly the best of both worlds!

From the moment you enter Villa Cortez, you know you've landed in a well thought out home with room to move and every detail covered for a truly enjoyable stay. The sea of Cortez and Cerralvo island views from every room of the villa are simply magical. The villa has 3 levels, with 4 bedrooms including automatic-electric blackout shades, ceiling fans and air conditioners, 4 full bathrooms elegantly adorned with modern tile, fixtures and the home has 2 additional showers including a hot water outdoor shower. A couple of the villa highlights include a private first floor patio with Jacuzzi and outdoor fireplace and an expansive rooftop deck with spectacular 360 views, 2 large built-in couches and fire pit.

Ground Floor Bedrooms: The first floor has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is extra-large with 2 queen beds, patio with views and direct access to jacuzzi and fireplace, built in closet and shelves, private bathroom with double sinks and large shower, computer table and a 50" Samsung TV. The second bedroom has a king bed, built in closet and shelves, private bathroom, computer table and a 50" Samsung TV. Important to note the ground floor has a kitchenette w/ sink, mini-fridge, hot plate, blender, toaster, coffee maker and dishes, glasses and utensils.


Second Floor Bedrooms: The second floor had 2 master bedrooms. The main master has a king bed, private balcony, private bathroom with double sinks and large shower, closet with shelves and built-in rack to hang clothes, computer table, and 50" Samsung TV.

Second Floor Chefs Kitchen, Living & Dining Rooms: The second floor has an expansive open floor plan living space. The gourmet kitchen includes everything needed to prepare any meal, any time w/ new LG appliances –– gas range with vent hood, double door refrigerator w/ pull-out freezer drawer, and dishwasher. There is also a whole home reverse osmosis system with freshwater spout at the sink, which is custom filtered for the area and provides purified and certified drinking water. The living room has a large couch with ottoman and 2 leather chairs creating a warm and comfortable space for all to enjoy. For entertainment, there is a 75" Samsung TV. To finish off the space, there is a beautiful 6-person dining table with modern, comfortable chairs.

Other things to note:
- The villa is set up in such a way that you could rent the floors or rooms separately. If you don't need to whole villa, please let us know so we can provide pricing by room or by floor.
- Easy walking access (just 5 min walk) to the El Teso center which has an awesome local coffee shop, market, gallery, ice cream shop, restaurants and much more.
- Every room has ceiling fans and mini-split air conditioners, allowing you to control the environment for each area of the villa.
- Every bedroom has electric powered blackout shades to help assure an uninterrupted sleep. The dining and living rooms also have electric powered shades, that are translucent when closed still provide privacy, but still show the amazing views.
- The whole home has a reverse osmosis water treatment system. They system filters any harmful elements from local water providing soft water for showers, et al, and certified for safe and excellent purified drinking water at the kitchen sink.
