Poolside Villa 4 at Club Cerralvo with AC/WiFi and walking distance to beaches

This is the spot for wind seekers, families, and everyone else with great access to the recently refinished pool and jacuzzi (heated seasonally Nov-Mar). Villa 4 is one of the best villas at Club Cerralvo due to its proximity to the pool and jacuzzi in addition to an upgraded interior with dual pane sliding glass doors for privacy and comfort. There is a washer/dryer in unit and a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary private wifi and two AC units. Children will be entertained all day by the beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and playground (NOTE: children under age are not allowed in the jacuzzi per HOA policy).

Club Cerralvo has a recently refinished saltwater pool immediately in front of the villa with multiple barbecues, a seasonally heated jacuzzi, kiddie pool, two outdoor gas fire pit lounge areas, multiple restaurants within walking distance. Please note children under the age of 10 are NOT permitted in the hot tub.  Children between the ages of 10 to 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

There are 2 bedrooms each with 1 queen bed with memory foam mattress tops. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The living room has a couch, which is not a sleeper sofa (a pack-n-play is available upon request). The sliding glass doors are dual pane which reduces outside noise and exterior heat. There are blackout drapes in both bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, coffee maker, and all utensils, dishes, pots and pans. You will have your own dedicated high-speed wifi which is perfect for streaming.

The non-master bedroom has a TV with an Amazon fire stick. The living room has a smart TV for streaming services. There are individual split-system air conditioners in each room as well as ceiling fans. A small back patio with high-wall security is perfect for storing bikes, kite gear etc. The front patio has a bench, table and chairs and is very close to the pool for easy access. There is a washer/dryer in unit (please use the automatic setting on the machine rather than the max water setting). Rigo Tellez is the on-site property manager and is available for any questions regarding the property (his office is on the right side in front of main gate). Upon your arrival, he will give you a key and tour of the villa. You will have a dedicated parking space in front of the complex to the left of the main entrance.
