Beautifully appointed, this terrific 2-bedroom oceanfront villa is sure to be a favorite for anyone who stays there. The kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinets and features an eat-in bar for 2. The dining area seats up to 6 and opens to the living room with sleeper sofa, 70" flat screen TV, and sliding glass door to an oceanfront balcony. The master suite has a new King bed, TV, slider to a private balcony, and a large private bath with a walk in shower. The guest suite offers a new Queen bed, new Twin bed, TV, slider to the living room balcony, and a private bath with a large soaker tub/shower combo. This gorgeous Hilton Head villa is located on the fifth floor, offering sweeping views of the beautiful Atlantic ocean.

The unit is spacious. It’s perfect for a family of 4. The rental credit for beach gear was such an added perk. The unit seems fairly well maintained however, the carpet could use a good cleaning. The curtains in the master kept coming off the clips, making it difficult to fully open and the dining room light only worked on our last day in the unit. The biggest issue we had was lack of communication about maintenance. We received notice that they would be performing painting and maintenance on the property just days before our arrival, outside of our cancellation window. The entire time we were at the pool, all you could smell was the paint being used on the exterior. Additionally, they painted our front door and didn’t notify us so two of my children got black paint all over their new clothes which did not wash out. A simple knock on the front door could have avoided that. They notified us when someone needed to come change the filter, the same notice about a wet front door would have been useful.

Great vacation

Check-in was easy, condo was clean and had what we needed. I liked that money towards rentals was included and meant we didn't need to travel with additional stuff. Great views and close proximity to pools, beach, and bike trails was a definite plus.

October Getaway

Beautiful location. We really loved the layout and feel of the condominium. Spent every morning with coffee watching the waves and walking right out onto the beach for the sunrises. Feels off the beaten path but you're really just miles from every store or restaurant you could want.

Condo has absolutely everything needed for cooking in. Very efficient washer/dryer. Enjoyed the beach towel loaners. Had a few fly issues-but it disappeared after pest control had been scheduled. Plenty of towels, nice starter kit. The view was perfect and location very easy. Of all the condos Hampton Place is one of the best kept and best maintained property. Bonus the parking garage is larger with roomier spots to park. Property management was very organized and made check in process seamless. We never had to contact them during our stay, so that’s a big WIN! Beds super comfy in both bedrooms. Would definitely rent this unit again!

This condo and location were ideal for our 70 th birthday celebration! The condo views are spectacular and the comfortable rooms felt like home. We golfed at Arthur Hills which was right around the corner. What a perfect week!

Birthday Getaway!

What a perfect condo to get away with my hubbie to celebrate my birthday! So spacious and clean with sooo many restaurants and things to do. Rental equipment was so easy to attain and delivered right to condo before we arrived. We will be back!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We felt right at home here! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! We are appreciative on the attention to detail here in that we had an abundance of towels which was super helpful! This condo has a gorgeous view! The property management team was easy to reach and they were very responsive! Thank you to the property management team! We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect

The condo is spacious and well decorated (exactly like the photos). The Palmetto Dunes community has a General Store, a couple restaurants, 3 golf courses, bike/kayak rental shop ... its central to many locations. Steps from a beautiful beach or enjoy the bike/walking trails. The 2nd bedroom is separated and private with its own bathroom & balcony (perfect for our teenager). This was the perfect choice for my family. We are already planning a return visit.

10/10 - Perfect Condo

Iv stayed at several condos on HHI over the years and 6505 at Hapton place did not disappoint. Great condo in a solid location!! Ground of the community are well maintained. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Pretty quiet side of the beach so plenty of room to sprawl out. In regards to the condo itself. Very clean space. Super nice carpet. Good sized furniture to relax and enjoy the views from the condo. The space was a lot bigger than the pictures show! While there are dishes & cookware, lacked essentials like storage bags, oil, foil, seasonings so bring your own or prep to buy! Vacation Company did provide things like laundry detergent, dish soap/sponge, dishwasher detergent and some trash bags so that was nice to see! Highly recommend this place, Id stay again!

Perfect Oceanfront Condo!

We had the best week and really enjoyed the condo. We have stayed at Hampton Place before and really love the location and Palmetto Dunes. The pool area and proximity to the beach is excellent. The condo was beautiful, updated and furnished great! We did have a couple issues with cleanliness. The sheets on the king size bed were covered in hair and we were assuming it had to be dog hair because there was so much. I washed them and solved that problem easily, although it was gross. A couple days into the stay, we discovered roaches in the kitchen, mainly on the counter. We killed approximately 20 over the coarse of the week. An exterminator was sent out the day prior to our last day at the co do and he sprayed very thoroughly, but of course that didn’t help for immediate removal of them. Hopefully it does help the next guest. We understand that bugs are more common at beaches and condos so it doesn’t keep us from renting this unit again. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved it!

This was a very clean and modern condo. It had all the basic things you need in the kitchen. The living room furniture was comfortable, as were the beds. It was very much a rental property, as opposed to someone’s personal place that they rent out. We’ve stayed in Hampton Place 2 yrs in a row now. The first year was a personal condo that I found on VRBO. It was on the first floor, which I have now come to appreciate having to walk up just one flight of stairs. This condo is on the top floor, which gives a great view, but there is one elevator for the building so there was a lot of waiting. Plus there was no air in the elevator, which was quite unpleasant in August, but not a deal breaker though. This condo supplied a couple of beach towels, but that was it on the “extra amenities”. I point this out because the first year in the personal condo, they supplied things we could use for the beach (towels, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, balls, and beach umbrellas). It’s nice to have those items there, especially for those of us who travel a distance to Hilton Head. Overall though, this was a great place and we would stay here again. I definitely suggest you book this place if you’re considering it. And although I haven’t stayed anywhere else other than Hampton Place, this is by far my favorite complex in Palmetto Dunes based on the condo layouts and the grounds and pools.
