Our stay was fantastic. The home was just as pictured. Clean. Spacious for 5 young kids to run around. Walking distance to the pool and playground. Anna was responsive to all questions. Check in and check out was a breeze. Bayside has been our go to spot for two years and we will keep coming back!

Clean, high-end, well stocked, easy check in and check out. Great communication by host. The home and the associated facilities were fantastic. We can’t wait to return!

Great accomadations for our golf trip

Amazing house. All 6 of us were able to live in comfort and we really enjoyed the top shelf accommodations.

Family trip

This location was perfect for family trip. Plenty of room and space for everyone. Also good back yard with sun room. Also had bikes for us to use. Great quiet community. Short drive to the beach and local store. Amazing time

Family vacay

Very nice property. Spacious & great layout. Clean but floors were sticky. Carpets dirty. Only enough towels for 8 people & no kitchen towels. Family room was extremely cold & unable to regulate temp. Lots of amenities & nice facilities.

So my overall impression is based on the fact that I have very bad allergies. There was so much dust and cobwebs in that house that I was immediately sick and I was sick the whole vacation. I normally take Flonase and a prescription allergy decongestant pill and it was doing nothing the entire time we were there. The layer of dust on all of the ceiling fans was a lot, and you could see it. I was scared to turn on the fans. There were cobwebs all over the place in all of the corners of the house. Also, the garage was dirty, and there were spiderwebs all over the windows, and also grease or something on the garage floor. Even when you walked up to the front of the house, there were cobwebs and just little spiderwebs all over the windows in the back porch and step six etc. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and both my husband and I had sore back everyone we woke up. Overall, the house is nice for the price, but we will not be returning there and I wanted to just put this out there because anybody that has allergies, or anyone with kids that have allergies, you do not want to stay there.

If anything was missed, we wish we had known during your stay so we could have sent the cleaning team back immediately to address it. The items you mentioned—dusting, cobweb removal, and the garage area—are all things we would have been happy to take care of right away. We also understand mattress comfort can vary from guest to guest, but we appreciate you letting us know. We enjoyed our family time at this home and appreciated several things: the quiet, beautiful neighborhood, beds made upon arrival, hand soap in every bathroom, and a very simple checkout process.Unfortunately, several maintenance and housekeeping issues affected our stay. We arrived to find all exterior doors unlocked. The front door was difficult to lock because it didn't align with the frame. The spare propane tank was empty, several light bulbs (including the front porch) were burned out, the garage refrigerator was dirty, the upstairs queen bathroom had a persistent urine odor and stained shower curtain, the dining table was very wobbly, several doorknobs were loose, and most of the loft board games were missing pieces.The host responded promptly after we reported them and offered to replace the propane and light bulbs. While appreciated, we had already adjusted our plans and preferred not to spend our vacation coordinating repairs. We believe many of these issues could have been identified through a more thorough inspection before guests arrived. The cleaning staff was there until a few minutes after check-in, so there was no time for the host to check their work.After our stay, we respectfully asked whether any goodwill compensation would be considered given the number of issues, but we did not receive a response. With better attention to cleaning, maintenance, and pre-arrival quality checks, this could be an excellent rental.

The items mentioned were simple fixes we offered to complete during your stay, but you preferred reimbursement instead of having them resolved. We also offered a propane tank exchange at no cost.
