Ready to relax? Our stylishly updated 4BR/2BA beach house is the perfect home base for your family’s next coastal escape. Located just under a mile from both Delaware & Maryland beaches, this canal-front gem gives you quick access to sun, sand, and serenity and we have the added bonus of using the kayaks (for free) to explore Assawoman Bay straight from the backyard. (My insurance does like me to remind you that you use the kayaks at your own risk) ;)

Pet Policy
We love dogs! $350 for the first, $700 for two. Max 2 pets under 50 lbs. Please clean up after your pups.
