*Stylish Interior: Tastefully decorated with ornate light fixtures and new furnishings, the interior features an open floor plan with a well-equipped full kitchen including stainless appliances and wine cabinet. The Coffee maker is a Cuisinart (has the normal drip and K-cup – a dual maker).

A bonus family room and a main living area with a 75-inch smart TV with Sonos soundbar offer ample space for relaxation. The kids can escape to the 2nd floor loft area which boasts a 60-inch smart tv with Sonos soundbar, queen bed and queen sleeper sofa to chill.

*Restful Retreat: Each bedroom is equipped with a smart cable tv, blue-tooth enabled alarm clock with wireless phone charger.

*Outdoor Oasis:  Relax on the new backyard patio that opens up to a large meadow dotted with trees. The barbecue enthusiast can enjoy the gas grill and dine on the spacious outdoor fire table.

*Entertainment Haven: The converted garage serves a game room with foosball, Ms. Pac-Man arcade, and cornhole for our guests. This area makes for a great family hangout spot with its extra refrigerator and table and chairs. 

*Beach/Poolside Adventures: Explore the beautiful surroundings with the provided 4 adult bikes with helmets, 6 beach chairs, beach buggy, beach umbrella and wheeled cooler when it’s time to venture out.

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 

The Linens Package includes the following items:

1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count  

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Bayside Amenities Passes

The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additional fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

3-day pass: $45 per person 
Weekly Pass: $70 per person

"Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring 
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.  

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.
