Devil's in the details.
Cleanliness is lacking. There were dishes put away that were dirty. The dishwasher either doesn't work or we just didn't get it. Lawn was not mowed, until Saturday mid day while we were relaxing, after which we had to skim the pool. Dead bugs all over the place. Ice maker doesn't work, multiple lights didn't work, ceiling fan was hanging by wires, when maintenance showed up they couldn't fix it with out aproval and left, only the tv in the living rooms worked. No internet, the network name of the internet was not even correct. When we did find it on the router it just didn't work. Of course the management pulls the "we don't guarantee internet" card, which I understand, but the $100.00 credit for our inconvenience came way to quick, like they knew already. Overall very unhappy with the overall experience at this property. By far the worst, as far as cleanliness I, or any of the 15 of us has stayed at.
I recommend inspecting this location fully, including lights, remotes, the dishwasher as examples. Mow before clients check in, when a property has not been used for more than a month maybe go check for bugs and debris before they get there to ensure that everything is up to what I expect are higher standards than we saw here.
