OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT AMENITIES:
There is no shortage of outdoor entertainment options at Legacy Point including a beautiful infinity swimming pool with a 8 person hot tub, tanning deck area, and a gas fire pit with seating.
It also features an oversized 30'x40' pavilion with gas fireplace, outdoor tv, gas grill, large entertaining sofa and bar tables.

The covered patio includes multiple seating, retractable screens and amazing views of Lake Conroe. This Lakeside Estate has the most gorgeous PANORAMIC sunset and sunrise views on the lake without exception!

INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT AMENITIES:
Includes a large game room with video games, pool table and an oversized theater room which includes 6 leather reclining seats, full surround sound, bar area and kitchenette. Because of the remote access of the property, the WIFI is on satellite and can be intermittent at times

HOME AMENITIES:
Five star chef style kitchen with beautiful marble, stainless steel appliances, professional range ovens, 6 burner stove, 2 refrigerators, and sonic ice maker.

BOAT RAMP:
There is a boat ramp available on property for guest use only. Please contact us if you'd like to bring a boat.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
There are 15 beds that will accommodate 20 plus people.
This property is on Lake Conroe which offers lakeside dining and restaurants. Visit The Cozy Grape for lunch or wine tasting and explore downtown Montgomery for shopping and seasonal events and concerts.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
*Due to recent policy changes by VRBO, they are no longer including the amount due for local taxes in their quote. This is 6% of the basic rental amount plus housekeeping fees. Should you do an instant booking, you will receive an invoice for the local taxes upon or soon after booking.*

**INSTANT BOOKING POLICY**
Please contact the Reservation Manager PRIOR to Instant Booking. This will allow us to answer any questions you may have BEFORE your credit charge is charged.

Also, part of our procedure is to have a signed lease agreement. As soon as you do the reservation request, I will send you the information needed to sign a lease agreement. Sometimes our emails go into spam/junk folders so if you do not see it shortly after you do the request, please check your spam/junk folder. Please return this information as soon as it is convenient and no later than 24 hours of the request. After you receive the lease agreement, you must return it signed within a week of receiving it. If you do not return it, this may be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation rules will apply. If you do not see the lease agreement it is your responsibility to let us know.

***No weddings/events allowed. No groups over 20 whether or not everyone is spending the night. No loud drinking parties such as bachelor or bachelorette parties. Should you violate this rule, there is a zero tolerance policy that will result in an immediate removal from the property, without refund.
MAXIMUM 6 VEHICLES at any given time. No day events that include more than 20 people- this includes all guests whether or not they are spending the night. No pets or animals.***
