Easy self check-in is provided through a smart lock, allowing you to arrive at your convenience anytime after check-in.

Please note: a locked owner's closet is not accessible to guests. All other areas of the home are fully available for your use.

The home is designed to sleep 26 people. For large groups up to 50 people outside during the day, a one time fee of $500 is required.

Also, an additional security deposit of $500 is required but is refundable. Security deposit is refundable 15 days after check out (in full or in part) assuming no damage is done to the property.

There are additional patio chairs and tables, as well as small tents kept on-site for your use.

Other decor and rental equipment is available for a fee (eg, place settings, centerpieces, linen, arches, florals etc.)
