The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Osprey, just south of Sarasota. The upscale layout of the house features a large master bedroom in the right wing of the building with a large walk-in closet, a bathroom equipped with an oversize twin-shower and a bathtub with build-in whirlpool. The other three bedrooms are located in the left wing. The oversize living area is equipped with leather couches, The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area just separated by a kitchen bar. Thereā€™s a second living room with a large glass door to the pool deck as well as a separate luxury dining area. The villa is air-conditioned with central controls. It is surrounded by a large scale yard with beautiful old tropical as well as citrus fruit trees. The large screened pool area is located in the back of the L-shaped villa. The seating area on the pool deck is partly roofed and overlooks the generously sized heated pool as well as a beautiful waterfall.

A very pleasant stay

We were two couples who stayed here for two weeks and had a very pleasant stay. The house is very nice in a good and safe neighborhood. Close to all necessary services. The house was clean and everything in the house worked well. We used the outdoor area a lot which is very fun, very nice to sit there and also to have lunch or dinner outside. In the evening you can use the fireplace table if the weather is cold. Would definitely rent here again.

House during hurricane Milton

We didnā€™t actually get to stay in the house sadly due to the damage caused in hurricane Milton. The communication with the owner was second to none. His fair and communicative was excellent. I really hope we manage to stay at the house in the future which is in a great location

March Getaway

This place was all it was advertised to be. Everything you needed was supplied. Plenty of bath and beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with extras. Lots of items for the pool or beach. Close to Venice and Sarasota. Marianne was wonderful, it was nice meeting her. She took care of all our needs. Would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable, centrally located

We really enjoyed our stay at Dagmar's place. It was near Siesta Key/Sarasota and Nokomis/Venice area, which is where we wanted to vacation. The house was very clean and had all the essentials we needed to make some meals at the house. Plenty of towels and rags. Nice clean showers and jetted tub. I worked remotely a few days and Wi-Fi was the strongest in the living room. My dogs loved the screen in porch to watch wildlife in the yard. We met Marianne, and was such a pleasure! We would stay here again in the future!

Everything you need is ready for you at this lovely home

We stayed a month and enjoyed all the house. Pool and patio all screened. Heated pool and hot tub. We mainly cook at home and this place is totally equipped. Any need to sharpen the knives and it would improve the cooking experience. The cleaning person and manager was so very nice and responded immediately. I have rented many VRBO homes and this response time was superior. My only concern is it is already booked for next Feb and we wanted to rebook. It is the best!! BOOK IT NOW!!!!!!

We had issues from the time we finished exploring our Vrbo, starring with the hot tub, no instructions for use or switch to turn on. The TV in master bedroom was not working, I am one of those people who have to have a tv on to sleep. And there was no propane for the gas grill, that was listed on the amenities. The cleanness of the outside was just lacking, it was like they took the pool cover off and that was it, very disappointing. The pool itself was dirty, lots of bugs and the bottom of the pool!! Was just a disappointing arrival and didnā€™t get any better until the vacation was almost over!!

The house its self was beautiful. The owner is German so it was not easy to communicate she referred everyone to the poor neighbor she has no property manager. The house didn't have anything for bathrooms or kitchen. The freezer ice maker didn't work the toaster didn't work. The stuff is all very old outdated and dirty. The pool heater and jets didn't work the pool guy never showed up so the first 4 days we couldn't use the hot tub. The toilet was broken the owner was upset that a plumber had to come fix it.

Wir haben 17 Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft von Dagmar verbracht. Bereits vor unserer Anreise konnten wir diverse RĆ¼ckfragen stellen, die uns den Start in unseren Urlaub erleichterten. Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns genau die Unterkunft erwartet, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben. Als wƤhrend unseres Aufenthaltes Probleme am Haus aufgetreten sind, hat Dagmar unverzĆ¼glich reagiert. Zudem konnten wir uns direkt an den Nachbarn Mike wenden, welcher fĆ¼r Rat und Tat beiseite stand. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und wĆ¼rden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen. Die einzige Anmerkung, wobei man hierfĆ¼r die HintergrĆ¼nde nicht kennt: im Vergleich zu anderen UnterkĆ¼nften der selben Kategorie, ist der Preis recht hoch. Da wir in der NƤhe der Familie sein wollten, haben wir dieses in Kauf genommen. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r den tollen Aufenthalt!

Spacious Bay Acres Home

Nicely furnished and roomy. Owner should not have advertised ice maker as the ice maker turned out to be me having to empty trays each day. Ice maker had been broken for 3 years. Owner should buy a larger refrigerator with working ice maker. A garbage disposal would also be nice. The lanai with waterfall was lovely. Trying to heat the hot tub was a challenge. Eventually discovered that both pool and hot tub run on the same set temperature. Who wants a pool at 95? Or a hot tub at 80? Apparently itā€™s more costly to have separate thermostats installed. Owner charges additional $ for more than 4 occupants even though home was advertised as sleeping 8. Cleanliness of home was super-thanks Marianne!!

Great getaway

Home was wonderful in design spacious near everything by car. Spent 9 weeks and was sad to leave. Maryanne the coordinator was great and very helpful. Could use a little updating ice maker garbage disposal and pool cover. We enjoyed a wonderful stay

the house itself was clean but the pool area was not. there was so many cobwebs everwhere. Looked like no one had been there for awhile and was not cleaned before our arrival. no notes on the trash and when it should go out or how to use tv. Managers were very prompt when contacted and very helpful with that

Great location

We stayed at Bay Acres for two weeks & had a great time. It is in a great location within 15 minutes of Siesta Key. The house was plenty roomy for our guests. Nice size kitchen as well as four bedrooms. The highlight was the outdoor area with a large pool & hot tub. The floor off the kitchen area needs repaired/replaced. Marianne, the property manager, was very responsive & helpful. We hope to return

Difficult Post-trip Experience

We were going to give this property a 4-star rating as we overall had a good trip while we were there. The house was spacious, decently clean, and the check in process was smooth. The house is outdated, so there were baseboards that were falling apart, the fan in the master bedroom made loud sounds when on, and there was other wear and tear issues. However, our experience post-trip was quite difficult with the owners. After a week of our trip, they emailed us that they will be charging $200 for scratches on the master bathroom door. We disputed and then they sent us random pictures of a broken umbrella (we did not use one), stains on bedsheets (?), and told us that the house was in the worst condition. We thought it was highly disrespectful as I mentioned how we valued other peopleā€™s homes and even sent them pictures showing how clean we left their place. However, we did not take pictures of every room, so for anyone renting please make sure to take lots of pictures when you leave or they will charge you for whatever they wish. I would also recommend checking your credit card for expenses incurred as our company told us that they put a recurring charge of $200 on our card. We have disputed the charges but if you are renting with them please be sure to check.

Wonderful quiet & private location. Homes was very clean and spacious and had a wonderful heated & caged pool with a waterfall, whirlpool, and lanai where we spent most of our time. Our communications with the owner and property manager were prompt and effective. We definitely will consider renting again!

Bang for your buck!

Lovely, spacious home with well equipped kitchen, plenty of linens and pool towels. The pool area made our stay! The only issue was the hot tub- it was annoying to turn on and never got hot, even tho we paid for heat- not a deal breaker by any means. We just stopped using it. The pool was perfect.

More than 30 years ago we decided to buy a house in another country, a second home with nice weather for beautiful vacations with the family. It was very important for us to buy a house in a safe area (Bay acres) where people life all over the year,in addition shopping opportunities and ofcourse beautiful beaches and places to go out.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

In our yard we have all different kinds of fruits growing for example, oranges, mangos, litschies, grapefruit, limes .... and ofcourse the big pool is nice for the children to play around.
Another nice activity is to go running at cacey key which is only 5 min away from the house.
