From the front door, the beaches are just minutes away. The view from the lanai overlooks a private lake and fountain. Restaurants, golf, and shopping are just down the street.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, private bathroom, and a view of the fountain and lake. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and it's own bathroom.

The couch in the living room can be pulled out into an extra bed. Throughout, this condo has been newly decorated with a nautical theme.

Other amenities include a full kitchen, HD TVs, free Wi-Fi access, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, iPod docking station, pool, beach supplies, games, cds, dvds, and a carport. Additional televisions are located in the master bedroom and kitchen.

Walk the beach, play golf, swim in the pool, take in the view from the lanai, go shopping, or enjoy a great meal. It's all here.

Venice get away

Enjoyed our time at condo. Close to beach. Near stores with every thing you'd need. Walked every morning seeing every Florida bird you could think of. Even saw two alligators. Andrew was great. When we had questions he answered right away.

Location good, cleanliness not good

Enjoyed the location. Had to buy shower curtain to replace one with soap scum, bought our own pillows to use since ones in master bedroom were stained, bought a coffee pot since note in kitchen said theirs did not work.

Really nice condo

This condo is very comfortable with a lot of space. Our family really enjoyed staying here. The owner is very reachable and was quick to fix a minor issue.

Great location

The unit was just as the pictures shown. The furniture was comfortable. The location is close to many restaurants and shops. The beach is very close and has free parking.

A lovely apartment that was well stocked

A cute apartment, well decorated, well stocked, clean and in a good location, close to everything. Andrew was great to communicate with and very responsive. If you are averse to climbing, please know that the apartment is in the 1st floor and there are about 18 steps to climb.

Very nice, cozy apartment

Saybrook Manor

The property was in a great location and it was comfortable. A garbage disposal would have been nice and a couple more cooking pots. There was very small and large, nothing in between. The view was great overlooking the pond, very relaxing. I wouldn't recommend this condo for someone who can't do steps very well since there were 18 to climb. Overall it was good.

The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. The condo was well furnished and clean including beach equipment. Andrew answered questions and gave recommendations in a timely fashion. Great place to stay

I stayed in this condo for 3 months 2017 season and it was just as described in the ad. When I opened the door, it was clean and very comfortable. The owner was very good to work with through the entire process. I enjoyed sitting on the lanai and there was always a nice breeze and a good view.

When we opened the door of the condo, it looked like the pictures that were posted. It was comfortable and homey. The kitchen was easy to cook in as we ate almost all our meals there. We did go buy an orange juicer as it was such a treat to make fresh juice every morning. We enjoyed being so close to the Venice Beaches from the South Jetty to Caspersen Beach where we spent many hours raking for shark's teeth. We also enjoyed the farmers markets, the music at the Venice Beach pavalion, the the Rookery and the Lipazzan horses at their winter home in Myakka City.Thank you to the owners for their part in a wonderful Florida vacation away from snowy and frozen Maine

Great Winter Getaway!!!

Loved our stay at your condo in Venice. The unit was just as advertised: CLEAN, bright and cheery, well appointed, decorated beautifully, and fully equipped. The owner was a pleasure to work with and very cooperative. Minutes away from a number of beautiful beaches, Sharkey's at the Pier, Siesta Key, South & North Jettys, orange groves, evenings at Venice pavillion with local entertainment, flea markets, shopping on Venice Ave. and more...or just relax on the condo lanai overlooking the fountain. What a relief from the polar vortex in the northeast!!!

Great vacation place.....

Lovely place to spend the winter months and it felt just like home. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and bright and cheery. It is close to all amenities. You can easily walk to stores such as the drugstore, book store, department store and even places to eat. It is a quick drive to beautiful beaches, and Starkey's pier, along with the great restaurant. Venice, downtown with quaint stores and terrific shopping is an easy drive and lots of activities to do in that area, such as the farmer's market on Saturday mornings. Lots of good places to eat and gain a few pounds. We were never bored and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to family and friends. Thank you to the owner for sharing and being so easy to work with. Nothing was a problem. Good job!!!

we were so comfortable at the saybrook manor 315705 condo and clean and so close to down town a nd the beaches..... loved our stay for two months !!! property well maintained sharkeys and the luna restaurant was great fun at the pinaple lounge for dancing..photos of the codo were great but the condo is better in person.....great and friendly owner...

Terrific location!

Very well maintained condo, w all amenities ie beach chairs & towels, cooler, beach buggy.Great location, within 5 minutes of dwntwn Venice and beach. Within 15 min of four other beaches. Many restaurants in surrounding area. Owner very nice to work with, Area Attractions/Restaurant binder in condo very helpful. Bathroom linens very nice and plentiful, bedroom comforters clean and up to date. Could use new bathroom rugs. Kitchen well equipped. Would recommend to friends.

This condo has been in my family for 18 years. I loved the area so much that I bought it from my parents when they moved. Me and my wife recently redecorated the entire condo in a nautical theme. Venice is so relaxing, and yet there is so much to do. My wife, kids, and I all enjoy vacationing here every chance we get. I am sure you will too.

Saybrook Manor is a short drive to beaches, shopping, restaurants, fishing, and golf. The beautiful Venice-area beaches are always clean, and never crowded. And just a little further away, the Siesta Key beach was recently voted the best beach in America. Downtown Venice, just a few minutes away, offers many terrific shops, restaurants, and pubs. Some of the best ice cream you ever tasted can be found here. If you enjoy live shows, the Little Venice Theatre offers that as well. Or you can just stay at Saybrook, relax on the lanai which overlooks a lake and water fountain, and take a dip in the pool.
