Make the most of your visit to Charleston, the world`s top travel destination, by staying in this beautiful, open floor plan rental. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs` guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

House Policies:
To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed our time here. The inside was clean. The backyard was nice to run around in and fully fenced in. Great for bringing pets and children. The neighborhood is less than desirable at first glance, but the neighbors were friendly. The proximity to downtown Charleston, grocery stores, and other North Charleston establishments were nice. My only negative would be no dressers, closet racks, or towel hooks. Just a lack of landing spaces for things when you unpack a little. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing Stay

When you first arrive at the property the neighborhood may look disappointing however with that said the home itself is absolutely stunning on the inside. We could tell it had recently been renovated and was missing a few things like the washer/dryer (to place the linens inside when we were leaving) and clothing bars to hang clothing in the closets. The fire pit and grill in the backyard made for an excellent experience of relaxation in the evenings. There was a small draft throughout the home but overall we will definitely book this location again in our future visits.

Decent place to stay

My family and I stayed here for our annual family vacation. The house was okay, the exterior was unremarkable and the area was kind of run down. The interior was very clean but not finished. There were no towel hooks or racks of any kind. The one bathroom was missing a toilet roll holder. No dressers or clothing rods in any of the closets. There were two spots where the floor had heaved up, one in the living room and one in a bedroom. We had to lay towels on them so we would stop tripping on them. It was not a bad place to stay, just not as nice as expected for the price. There is no laundry available on site but there is a laundromat about 2 minutes away. While we were there the owner had a contractor come out to inspect the foundation and we were giving minimal notice of about 30 mins or less that anyone was even stopping. There was only one key so it was problematic having multiple people stay. My dad and brother had to wait outside for an extended time for the rest of the family to return because we had the key. Not a bad place, just lots of room for improvement.
