Pet fee must be paid in advance or extra fee may be applied. Pet fee is $150 for up to two dogs. A third dog may be allowed with host approval for an additional $150.

Please clean up after you pet in the yard and all pets must be on leashes when outside.

No smoking inside. If smoking occurs a minimum of $300 fee with be charged for smoke remediation. If extensive remediation is needed charge will equal our invoice cost. Smoking allowed outside but please dispose of cigarette butts cleanly / safely.

Early check-in or late checkout may be offered at a small additional fee. Message host for price and approval. We won’t be able to confirm until a day or two prior in high season.

HOA fines us $100 for parking in the grass. Please only park in the carport area for our unit to avoid the $100 fine.

Late checkouts more than 30 minutes will be charged an extra fee of $100 per hour to pay cleaners for waiting.
