Welcome to our Tahoe cabin! Newer and higher-end mountain home, with updates and modern designer touches. The 2 story open concept living area includes a great room with floor to ceiling windows, large stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, and door-wall opening up to fresh pines and a private hot tub. The home also has a large loft, high speed internet, cable, and more.
It's a wonderful home with easy access to hiking and mountain biking, the lake, and only 6 miles to Heavenly.
*The home sleeps up to 8 guests, plus up to 3 additional children 5 years old and younger (for a total of 12 guests with the additional kids 5 years old and younger included), making this a perfect destination home for family groups, corporate retreats, and more.*

Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, rice maker and everything needed to prepare a holiday feast! A large breakfast bar separates it and the great room, making the space perfect for gathering. The dining table with seating for 10 (and extra seating at the island) is perfect for gathering with friends and family over a home-cooked meal.
BEDROOMS:
4 total bedrooms, including a master suite:
Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Master suite with a king bed, 55" smart TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity
Bedroom 2 (Lower / Main Level): King bed, 43" smart TV
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Queen bed, 43" smart TV
Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Twin over full bunk bed set, with twin trundle (mattress under the bunk bed, with linens and blanket). Great room for the kids!
Loft: 65" smart TV and sleeper sofa
BATHROOMS:
3 full bathrooms, with the master en suite (double vanity, large glass shower) and a hallway bath on the upper level, and another full bathroom with tub / shower combo on the lower level
BACKYARD:
* Large yard with deck, patio table and seating (furniture typically put away during the winter)
* Hot tub
* BBQ with extra propane

Hospitality is reflected in our home, and includes the following amenities:
* Clean, inspected, warm, accessible and staged home awaits
* Early Check-in / Late Checkout may be available for extra fee
* 24/7 support available
* Direct entry
* All sheets, towels, and bedding provided
* Soaps, lotion, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and more provided
* Hot iron pressed sheets

* Washer and dryer (detergent provided)
* Bear box for trash management
* Daily snow removal as needed during the winter
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* We're allowed no more than 8 guests plus additional children 5 years old and younger.
* Per the local El Dorado County ordinance, noise must be kept respectful at all times, especially between the 10pm and 8am quiet period.
* The county doesn't allow hot tub use between 10pm and 8am
* 4 cars MAX - No exception. No street parking per county ordinance
* Please put trash in on-site bear box
* Early checkins / late checkouts may be allowed with authorization (extra fees likely apply).
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction. Visit El Dorado County's website and see our listing for current ordinance and home rules, as these are incorporated into this agreement. We are very eager to share this home with travelers from all over. If you have any questions, want to negotiate a longer stay, or anything else at all - please let us know!
GUEST COVID-19 NOTICE:
We have developed a COVID-19 Plan which includes several additional measures and modifications to our operations and policies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk!
* Best Practice: Please wash hand thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering home. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public.
* Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases.
* Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected
* Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these.
* Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly.
* Staff Policy: Staff are instructed not to work if exhibiting symptoms.
* Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
