Location

Located in a quiet area just off the Kalamar Road, Villa Marina is close to supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants. Kalkan town centre can be reached in approximately 15–20 minutes on relatively flat ground, making this an excellent option for guests seeking a walk-to-town villa without feeling central or busy. A scenic path through nearby olive groves also provides access to the seafront.

Accommodation

The villa is arranged over three levels and offers comfortable, well-proportioned living spaces throughout.

Ground Floor
The entrance opens into a welcoming hallway with a cloakroom and shower, providing a practical additional bathroom. The open-plan living area is comfortably furnished and opens directly onto the pool terrace via large sliding doors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and adjoins a dining area seating eight guests, with further access to the garden terrace.

First Floor
This level accommodates three en-suite bedrooms: two twin rooms with rainforest showers and access to a shared covered balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, and a king-size master bedroom with private balcony and open mountain views.

Second Floor
The top floor features a further king-size master en-suite bedroom with seating area and direct access to the villa’s roof terrace. The roof terrace is also accessible from the landing and is furnished for relaxation, enjoying views towards the Taurus Mountains and Kalamar Bay.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and hairdryers are provided.

Outdoor Spaces

Villa Marina’s outdoor areas are designed for relaxed summer living. The large private freshwater swimming pool (approximately 10 metres in length) includes integral steps and a shallow submerged seating area, making it suitable for families with children.

The pool terrace offers ample sun loungers and shaded seating, while a pergola dining area with built-in BBQ provides an inviting space for al fresco meals. Additional seating, a swing chair and table football add variety to the outdoor space.
