Gin & Tonic is set in the peaceful Kalamar Bay only minutes drive from Kalkan town centre. The area offers unrivalled and uninterrupted views, a tranqil cove and sea swimming from a platform minutes walk from the villa. There are also 2 popular beach clubs and associated restaurants within a few minutes walk. The two floor villa has been interior designed to create a spacious, comfortable and 'home away from home' feeling incorporating influences of modern western designs. The ground floor has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area extending out to private infinity pool and jacuzzi, outdoor dining and four sun-lounging areas. The villa has internet wifi.
The upstairs area has 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite, with private balconies and an additional shared balcony for relaxing in the sunshine. Gin & Tonic is set in a quiet, and very private location on an individual plot, not surrounded by high rise buildings. The evening alfresco dining at the villa offers a magical experience situated by floodlit pool overlooking the twinkling lights of the bay, complete with BBQ to indulge in the local produce. A holiday location you will want to return to.

A true dreamy location. The pool is superb looking out to sea. The views are magnificent and I would absolutely recommend this villa. We have already booked again for next year and cannot wait to return.

Amazing villa with the nicest view that youā€™ll ever findā€¦Amazing location in Kalamar Bay and within very close distance to Kalkan Old Town and various great restaurants in Kalamar Bay. Great hosts and great communication with constant care from a local villa management company who clean the pool and pool area almost daily. The fresh bread every morning was also a very kind and nice gesture.Absolutely fantastic holiday and we would love to use this villa again if possible.

Ww stayed one week at Gin and Tonic and loved every single second of it. Every time you xome down the atairs and see that view it takes your breath away. Couldnt fault anything and already making plans to return next year. The villa has literally everything that you could ever think of to make it a home from home. Fantastic Villa

The best villa we have stayed in! The views are to die for. Everything you need is in the villa, the Beach Club below is great, restaurants are close by, Supermarket just up the road, can't wait to come back!

Excellent stay

October is our favourite month in Kalkan and Gin and Tonic is our favourite villa. The view from the living area and terrace is spectacular. Liz and the team made sure that our stay was perfect and all our needs were meet. This included a early entry and a late departure, that we were very grateful for. We are already booked for next year.

Stunning view

Lovely week spent in Kalkan in a villa with amazing views. Donā€™t bother getting a car, itā€™s easier & very cheap to get taxis everywhere. Highly recommend Kalamar Beach Club which is down the steps at the side of the villa.

This villa is absolutely heavenly. The view is stunning, pictures do not do it justice. Pool is so lovely and very well mantained. Absolutely perfect ! Spent so much time in the jacuzzi admiring the view. Could never tire of this ! Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Loved that the balconies were also furnished. Turning to the inside, lovely comfortable furnishings. Very well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Communication with Liz has been great, plenty of info. Also, the house manager Ibo. We had to contact him a couple of times over really minor issues and he replied swiftly. The issues were dealt with in a matter of hours. Also, a really decent welcome pack which in my experience is not very often provided these days and fresh bread delivered daily. Such lovely touches. As far as I'm concerned Villa Gin and Tonic is excellent, 10/10. The view is the cherry on the top !!

Villa Gin and Tonic is perfectly positioned in one of the most breathtaking spots in the bay ā€” the views are simply unforgettable.We had planned to explore the area with a few tours, but honestly, we couldnā€™t bring ourselves to leave the villa! Itā€™s that special.Weā€™d absolutely return again.The property management team deserves a special mention ā€” they were incredibly responsive and helpful, turning up within 20 minutes anytime we had a question or issue. Top-notch service that really added peace of mind.A car is definitely helpful ā€” not because things are far, but due to the steep hills typical of this beautiful area.When booking, I had thought it was in Kas, but itā€™s actually in Kalkan ā€” and what a wonderful surprise that turned out to be.The town centre and seafront are full of fantastic restaurants with a great atmosphere ā€” lively but never loud.

Absolutely perfect. The best pool view I have ever seen. Stunning location. Villa was perfect and everything we needed. Communication with Liz was great always on hand and also property manager Kayrn was fantastic. Everything was was amazing and can not fault it. A beautiful location, a stunning and very well equipped villa, the generosity of the Maintanance team was second to none! The beach club at the bottom of the villa was absolutely stunning. and a short walk. Everything about the gin and tonic villa was better than the description and pictures! Most relaxing holiday ever

Just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Gin and Tonic and have to say it was just wonderful. The villa has a beautiful location overlooking the bay below so you can enjoy watching the boats and water sport activity going by and itā€™s just a 10 minute walk up a steep hill to get to a good choice of restaurants. The views are simply stunning from the gorgeous pool and the pool people deliver you fresh bread everyday which is absolutely delicious. We have already booked again for next year, we didnā€™t want to leave and cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much for sharing your villa with us Liz!

Outstanding villa. Even better than the photos. Pool was phenomenal. The house had everything we needed. Fresh bread delivered every morning. Karyn on hand to help with anything. A little slice of heaven!

Well what can we say? We have just come back from a ten day honeymoon spent at Villa Gin and Tonicā€¦ we couldnā€™t have picked a better place! The views were truly magnificent and the peace and tranquility were second to none! The villa was everything we expected and more. The daily delivery of fresh bread was a lovely extra touch and the welcome pack was great! Liz and Karyn were both very helpful and great hosts. It was our first time visiting Kalkan and we fell in love with both the place and the villa and we we definitely be back!!!!! Thank you for making our honeymoon as special as it was xx

Outstanding!

Just Wow! That sums up everything about gin and tonic. Perfect location, I loved walking a few minutes to have a daily mile in the sea! Perfectly appointed, quiet, well equipped, the most outstanding view! Loved the feline visitors which we fed daily! Liz was fantastic to communicate with, especially when we lost our bank card which created some issues! As soon as we got home I went online to rebook as itā€™s such a truly amazing place. Sadly fully booked (not surprising!!) so weā€™ll have to wait until next year! Thank you Liz, we canā€™t wait to come back!

What a view

We stayed at gin and tonic villa for 10 days and what can we say? The photos are exactly what you get. The view is amazing. Watch the boats going to and from Kalkan and towards the evening time watch the sunset from one of the balconies. The villa is so relaxing we didn't go very far for th first couple of days but then hired a car and toured the coast road. Amazing beaches and that sea.......wonderful! The pool was looked after each day and the daily arrival of a fresh loaf was a brilliant touch. We were even able to rescue a tortoise which was crossing the road ! We wIll definitely return to Kalamar Bay Nigel and Sandra

Beautiful views

We have had an amazing time at Villa Gin and Tonic. When we arrived we just wowed at the views and that continued the whole time. My family would not leave the villa only for meals at night in Kalkan, as just so relaxing. Beds are comfortable, kitchen great to prepare in with everything you need and sociable lounge with the window views. The pool was our favourite, we certainly got our use. You can walk up a v steep hill to Carrefour supermarket. Itā€™s about 10 mins away but hills are a challenge. Take your trainers :) taxi into Kalkan easy just WhatsApp the numbers on the fridge. We didnā€™t want to leave and would love to return. Thanks for the items provided to start us off and bread everyday we really appreciated.

Wonderful Villa wonderful town!

We spent a lovely week at Villa Gin & Tonic. The villa was everything we expected; even our 16 year old was happy. He especially enjoyed having his own balcony. The welcome gift was greatly appreciated and included essentials like tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, cheese and a bottle of wine. The daily bread delivery an unexpected, and pleasant, surprise. There was lots to do even though we were a bit early in the season and Altu and Define Tour companies were very helpful in sorting out activities like kayaking, rafting and jet skiing. Walking the hills to town helped worked off all the lovely foodā€¦.although taxis were only 70TL to town and came within minutes. Overall, we loved our stay and canā€™t wait to return as there was still a lot we couldnā€™t do because we had two bad days of weather.

5 Stars not enough

A villa where it is even better than the photos which were already fantastic! A real wow factor when you arrive and see the panoramic view and the infinity pool. Well furnished property to good standard and everything you need is pretty much on hand and if not Karyn the local rep can help you out and is easily contactable. Easy to get taxis to get around if not got a car but a few places such as House in proximity and the beach club. Everyone uses WhatsApp so makes it so easy to order taxis, takeaway etc using villas WiFi. We spent a lot of time around the villa enjoying the pool and view and had our breakfast with the bread delivered by pool man each day. From reading guest book several families had been there more than once and we know why. A great holidays and will be back!
