You'll be greeted by 360° mountain views and city lights. This Mediterranean home is designed with the courtyard at its center, which allows for stunning views out all the large main windows. You'll want to spend at least one of your nights here just lounging outside to enjoy the large fountain when in season. Be sure to make a wish!

Peace and comfort will surround you at every turn at Two Bird Ranch, and there is so much to do both at our villa, and in the beautiful nature surrounding it! You'll also have access to a host who is available to help you plan your trip.

Our villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. We have 4 large bedrooms with silky 800 thread count sateen sheets on the luxurious king beds. A variety of pillows in all sizes and firmness will compliment your healing sleep. 3 of the rooms are furnished with beautifully crafted desks for your work or artistic needs. All 4 have 50" Roku TVs.

We also have 1 large study bedroom with twin bed, work desk, and bookcase. The beautiful arched windows let in all the glorious sunlight. Silky 800 thread count sateen sheets and a dream of a mattress here too! If needed, we also have a twin foam mattress for the floor and a pack n play for small children.

All 3 full bathrooms have antique vanities hand picked by our interior designer. And of course, you can expect fluffy white towels in abundance!

The main living area has two living rooms, one with a cozy beehive gas fireplace at the center with beautiful arched windows. The second living area has a comfy leather couch, chair, and 50" Roku TV with surround sound.

Our inviting dining area has seating for 8, which leads straight out to the patio, with seating for more.

The kitchen is definitely a highlight - light and bright with the wonderful charm of a Spanish hacienda. It is fully stocked with everything from Instant Pot, to mixer, to pantry that is stocked with all the staples you'll need.

Probably your favorite place to kick back and just breathe, will be at the heated pool. Even in late December, heated pool temps are between 80-90°. Or, you can hop in the jacuzzi tub built for 3! There's even a peaceful hammock and corn hole and outdoor checkers for family fun

POOL: The pool can be heated on request for an additional daily fee of $100 - please be sure to request in advance. The pool will usually be comfortable without heat from May-August.

MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 2 weeks or more, a mid-stay professional cleaning is included - we know you don't want to be cleaning toilets on vacation! We will work with you to schedule this while you're out exploring so you don't have anyone under foot.

POOL MAINTENANCE AND WASTE COLLECTION:
Both of these are done on Wednesday. There is nothing you need to do, however you will see maintenance workers there briefly.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES: This property is monitored by a Minut decibel monitoring device. Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced. Other large gatherings of a quiet nature, such as a family gathering for Christmas will be considered only if requested in advance.

MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 10 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. There is a $100 per guest per day fee for over 10 people, so if you need the extra space, you're better off finding a bigger house that fits more people!

ACCESSIBILITY: There are two short steps up in the entry. Be sure to watch your step! In addition, there are two steps down to get to the living room.

PARENTS: Please note this house is not baby proofed. We do include a pack n play and dishes for kids, however you are responsible for child and baby safety. There is a fence around the pool, however, pool safety and supervision are required by parents and other adults at all times to prevent accidents.
