This comfortable fully-furnished main home provides a well-stocked kitchen with full size appliances easy for cooking or reheating leftovers. To help get your day started, we provide K-cups and a Keurig to brew your cup of Joe.

We’ve prioritized quality sleep with blackout curtains which will help provide a restful sleep so that you feel recharged and refreshed.

The Main House has a front yard that has views of the stunning Catalina Mountains and city views. It also has a courtyard where you can enjoy having a cup of coffee by the pool.

Shared with other guests, enjoy a spacious courtyard with a sectional sofa with lounger, a fire pit with seating, and MORE! If you walk around the property you will be able to enjoy 360 views of Tucson City and Mountain views.

-Guest house: is off to the side and its very private from the main house and studio.

-Studio: is attached to the main house but towards the back of the home.

HOT TUB: In the shared courtyard, the hot tub is available for guest use. A few things to note:

Hours of use are between 8am - 10pm

Note that a hot summer day can make the hot tub too hot to safely use, so guests are welcome to use the pool instead to relax and refresh. Pool is NOT heated.

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized. We also provide personal care and basic cleaning products. Don't forget to pack a reusable water bottle!

NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.

NO PETS ALLOWED: of any kind, we are the homeowners and are extremely allergic. Any signs of pets in the home will result in a $500+ fine.

NO SMOKING IN THE STAY OR THE COURTYARD (any type of smoking) - only smoking allowed away from all living structures since this property is shared with other guests. This is strictly enforced, $500 fine if this rule is not followed and will be forced to vacate property.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m.

Guest access
The whole Main house is yours except there's a studio attached to the main house (it has their own private entrance).

You will be provided with a key code to access the main house as you please.

GRILL: The grill is available for guests to use.

POOL: The pool is included in your reservation but not heated.
Other things to note
ENTERTAINMENT: There are plenty of entertainment options available at your fingertips - TV, games, music, and more.

FIRE PIT: We have a wood-burning fire pit: however, we do NOT provide wood. If the fire pit has wood you are more than welcome to use it.

WASHER/DRYER: The washer and Dryer are both in the main house in the basement.

PACK N' PLAY: Please let us know in advance if you will be needed one.
