We're glad the home worked well overall, and our team got the AC running by the next day, though we know that first night wasn't the rest you deserved. Thank you for the honest note on the beds too, which we've shared with our team. We'd welcome the chance to host a more comfortable stay next time!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the house and host made your Christmas vacation enjoyable for your family. We appreciate you staying with us.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad to hear you loved the space and found it well-equipped for your stay. And we appreciate you reassuring future guests about the driveway — it does look a bit intimidating at first glance! We hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon.

Thank you for your kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay at Leyland Cabin and found the space clean, spacious, and well-located. It’s also great to hear our team was responsive and helpful during your visit. We’d love to host you again!

Bear sightings that thrilled the kids — now that's a mountain stay story worth telling! Glad the property itself was fantastic, though we're sorry the storm threw such a wrench into your trip. Weather like that is beyond anyone's control, but your notes have been shared with our team as we always look at how to better support guests when the unexpected hits. Thank you for the fair review and the recommendation — we'd love to host your family again under calmer skies.

Those views really are something, aren't they? We're so glad the home's beauty made such an impression on you! We're sorry the sauna and hot tub were out of commission during your visit — you're right that it's a temporary issue, and we've passed your note along to our team so future guests can enjoy them fully. And those bears certainly know how to make their presence known! We appreciate you sharing the heads-up along with your feedback. Thank you for staying with us, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime.

What a special setting for a family reunion — thank you for sharing so much of your stay with us! We're glad the deck and fire pit, game room, and comfortable bedrooms were such a hit, and that the bears made for memorable (if slightly mischievous) neighbors. We're sorry the hot tub wasn't ready for you sooner; that timing wasn't what we'd hoped for, and your notes on the kitchen stock and connectivity have been passed along to our team as well. Thank you for the recommendation and the thoughtful feedback — we'd love to host your family again whenever the mountains are calling.

Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review, and a very happy belated 80th to your mom! We're so glad your family had a wonderful time celebrating together and enjoyed the deck views, beautiful master bedroom, and those stunning living room windows — what a memorable backdrop for such a special occasion.
