This contemporary home perched near the summit of Town Mountain is close enough to downtown Asheville for an Uber ride and food delivery, yet enjoys an expansive private flagstone patio with a fire pit and hot tub. Delight in gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and tall evergreen trees! Inside you'll find a spacious floor plan with tasteful upscale decor and plenty of designer touches. The open kitchen features everything the chef will need to whip up tasty meals, and the group can dine together at the round family table or step out on the deck for outdoor dining. At the end of the evening, the cozy living room is the perfect place to watch the sunset and reminisce about the day. When you're ready to unwind, the main-level primary suite has a spectacular mountain view and a jetted tub in the attached bath. The lower level includes three comfortable bedrooms and a living area featuring a gas fireplace to set the mood, but don't head off to bed without giving that hot tub on the patio one more visit. Given the desirable location that's super convenient, the spectacular amenities, and the long-range mountain views, Misty Mountain is the perfect Asheville vacation rental in every way! This Asheville vacation rental is located in Asheville and is approximately 9 minutes from downtown Asheville. Misty Mountain is a Dog-Friendly Property - we love our furry friends! If you'll be bringing your dog(s) with you, use the "Personal Message" box when making your reservation to tell us how many and their weight. This is a lovely house in a stunning location. The views are amazing – I can only imagine it with fall colors! There is so much outdoor space to enjoy whether the dining table on the deck from which we watched the sunsets or the extensive seating (and hot tub) downstairs. The quiet is so wonderful with just the bird song to hear in the morning. The house itself is very comfortable with an excellent master suite upstairs (an amazing closet and wonderful bath) and a choice of more rooms downstairs. There is so much excellent dining in Asheville that we did not use the kitchen to cook but it looked very well stocked to do so. Looking at the location, one would think that the house is a bit remote but it was just a few minutes to get to the main downtown area and the drive is beautiful and easy. All instructions we received from the host were impeccable and we had no problems with directions or access. We certainly hope for another stay in this beautiful home.

Beautiful property with fantastic views! Just a short drive to town and about 30 minutes from the airport. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our group was 3 adult couples with 2 vehicles.

Absolutely beautiful home and view!

The home is absolutely gorgeous! Very clean, beautifully decorated, luxurious and cozy. Every detail of the home has been very thoughtfully appointed. The finishings of the home are high end and all together it was an amazing visit. I'd want to stay here anytime I'm in Ashville again.

Spring Break Bliss

We had 2 families with 5 kids total. The house was perfect for our spring break getaway. The house is located very close to downtown shopping and eateries. The hot tub and fire were perfect for the evenings, and even had some bear friends join in the backyard. Thanks for hosting us.
