Located on Wesley Avenue (between 8th and 9th Street) in Ocean City's Historical District, it is uniquely quaint and tranquil with only a two minute walk to Ocean City's treasured beach, boardwalk and/or downtown! With parking at a premium in this ideal location, we offer 3 off-street parking spaces. (one in the garage and two behind the garage). Once you arrive, all you need to do is just park your car(s) and enjoy the benefits that the city has to offer...you will not need your car until you are ready to leave. Located within close walking distance to all the BEST that Ocean City has to offer, you can easily walk to the Boardwalk, Music Pier, Beach, Downtown, Miniature Golf, Restaurants, Amusements, Entertainment, Playgrounds, Arcades, Basketball/Tennis Courts, Water Slide. just to name a few, whenever the mood suits you and your family even if it's just for dessert after dinner. Our home has all the amenities that one can offer and more! The layout of this unit has never been built before (please see our floor plans in the photo section). Coupled with a large front porch where everyone can enjoy the scenes of the city and the ocean breezes we offer a spacious deck off the master bedroom where you can relish in a well-deserved haven. Moreover, there is a private entrance and direct access from the garage level that includes a large storage area for your bikes and/or beach gear, that leads to the bonus room that includes a full size bathroom, plus an outdoor shower for your convenience that provides for a quick and easy cleanup after the beach.
