....ELEVATOR & Ocean Views! ....Short walk to the Beach & Boardwalk. Again, this Multi-Family Beach home consists of 3 separate condos, all of which are available for rent, and each with their own separate entrance.

The photos you see are of the 5 bedroom/4 bath penthouse on the top floor. This rental boasts lots of room for large family get-aways! It has a large front deck with water views, 2 dishwashers and sleeps 16 people! The private ELEVATOR is exclusive only to the top floor Penthouse. There are 2 King Beds, 2 Queens, 2 twins, 2 doubles, and 1 queen Sleeper).

On the middle floor of this building there is a 4 bedroom/3 bath condo that sleeps 11 people. This condo has 1 King Bed, 2 Queens, 1 twin, 1 Double, and 1 sleeper).

Across the hall (also on the middle floor) is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo that sleeps 8. There is 1 King Bed, 1 Queen, 2 twins, and 1 sleeper.

All condos have multiple decks, high ceilings, internet, multiple bathrooms, multiple T/V's, full appliance package including washer/ dryer, fireplace and more. Beach tags are provided for your use during your stay. Whether you have a small family, large family, or multiple families looking to rent under one roof, we have something for everyone! Excellent condo clean, and had everything we needed.The location is great and close to all attractions.The elevator was a plus! Made checking in much easier.Highly recommend.

Accommodating and Convenient!

Great location, many conveniences for my (older) parents. The toilets were of the small bowl, low height variety, which was the only item that made things a little difficult for people with mobility issues.Well-stocked kitchen except for can opener, but we left one! Also: dryer seemed to take a very long time to dry items, but decks made air-drying easy and fast (for the beach towels we washed, for example).THANK YOU!!

Great place

The house is as advertised. The deck was amazing, but recommend you bring an umbrella for it. The house was clean and quiet and slept our three families well! To help you with packing, there was literally nothing extra provided -not one sheet of toilet paper or hand soap or paper towels. No dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt or pepper.

So much fun

It’s a great place with awesome views and locale. Easy walking distance to the Boardwalk and Wawa! And nice having a private elevator too! Highly recommend!

Disappointing and frustrating.

Very frustrated and disappointing week. We arrived Saturday, air conditioning failed Monday afternoon. Repairmen came every day Tuesday through Friday. New AC finally came on Friday afternoon. Thermostat in unit read 92 degrees one afternoon, however workers left because it was “too hot” for them to work. My husband uses a breathing machine at night because he has ALS , we had difficult nights. We had 7 grandchildren under age 8 but couldn’t open the window in the bunk room because of no screen. They could not sleep. We tried to make the best of it, because of not knowing if we’d have any future beach weeks with my husbands disease. Also, when the ac broke Monday afternoon, I repeatedly asked the owner/landlord for portable ac unit and he did not give us one until late Thursday night. He got the portable unit from his office on the first floor, it apparently had been there all week. We did get a small refund for our troubles but not enough.

Great condo

They could improve the cleaning crew. The oven was not so good with a dirty frying pan inside. The was a sippy cup under one of the beds and we don't have any kids that need one. The second master could use a new mattress. But the rooms were a great size and there were many amenities in the kitchen. All in all a great time.

Dirty! Needs furniture updating

If I can give zero for cleanliness I would. I’ve been staying in Ocean City for the past seven years and I’ve never stayed in house so dirty. The couch needs to be updated it is ripped and sticky and just dirty overall. Every shower curtain had mold on it. I did reach out to the owner the first day and let them know but we never heard back after that. Great location, great size. It really just needed to be cleaned. For how expensive the price I expected a lot more.

Great place for a large group

Pros: Nice design, great for a large group - was roomy and elevator perfect for our 91 year old mom & for hauling baggage. Large deck with ocean view. Walking distance to boardwalk. 2 parking spaces provided. Hosts very responsive when needed. Cons: Very sparsely appointed (bring all sheets, towels, floor mats, garbage bags, soap, tp, etc). Dont expect anything to be provided. Elevator light burned out (pitch black), water filter in fridge overdue for replacement, dining table/chairs and counter needed a wipe down. WiFi did not work first day. Host fixed by day 2 (network had changed). No bbq. No house handbook for how to operate things. Biggest issue was not having access to all info (check in/out, important stuff, like bring sheets - problematic if flying in) through the app. Important details were in an email from host. Bottom line: Just be prepared with all necessary supplies, flag emails from host, and you will have a fabulous time!

Excellent time!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and extremely spacious! We had children and an elderly person who is handicapped and uses a walker/wheelchair. The space was so easy to navigate with her equipment; not to mention the elevator access. The property management team was helpful and responsive to questions. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Can’t wait to return!

Everything you need in a place big enough to get out of each other’s way. The only downside is the internet for the penthouse floor needs to be better.

Nice place for large family

We enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of room for all of us. The two dishwashers really helped with breakfast or dinner cleanup. All of the systems, plumbing air conditioning, elevator worked well and the decor is very nice. The building has shared WI-Fi and the signal in the 3rd floor was dismal at best (about -69 dBm). They gave us passwords to several other networks all of which were about the same. They say that they only do general cleaning which is where we had some issues. We found socks, large dust bunnies and even a cell phone under furniture and beds. (We lost something and had to go looking, that's why we found it.) What was nasty was the air conditioning intakes and the ceiling fan, which were full of dust and dirt and we had no way of cleaning them. Also the sofa was in need of a good cleaning. Everything else was OK and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. Note that we did not discuss the cleanliness issue with the management so I 'm not sure how they would have handled it. Overall, we had a great week, 8 beach tags were provided and the two parking places were adequate for servicing a multi-family get together with some shifting of cars here and there. I recommend the place for a great family vacation but bring a Swiffer duster to get the places general cleaning doesn't get to.

Great find close to beach and boardwalk

We enjoyed the outdoor deck every day and night! There was so much space for all 16 people to sleep, shower, eat and have the best time! We have been enjoying the Jersey shore for over 40 years and were nervous to move off the boardwalk but were so pleasantly surprised and can’t wait to go back next year!

Short Getaway

The home was accurately represented in the add. I took off 2 stars for cleanliness because a very blue molded coffee filter full of old coffee remained in the coffee pot from a previous tenant. Also, something was spilled in the entry stairway and was mentioned in a previous review and is still not cleaned and I agree with the other reviews that the area of the couch where there is a stain from an old spill doesn't feel clean despite vacuum marks noted on the sofa. I wouldn't sit there. The fabric feels dirty. The toilet seats were old and worn to the inner core making them brown (not pleasant looking) and the screen on the sliding bedroom door was worn and had large holes. With all that said, I contacted the owner and the next morning 3 of the toilet seats were replaced and the screen door was rescreened. He apologized for the coffee maker. The add does say bring your own toiletries. I did not take that to mean that I would not find a single square of toilet paper across 4 bathrooms when I arrived. This I find to be ridiculous at this price point and very inconvenient after a long drive and traveling with children and a senior . I left the toilet paper I purchased on the holders. I also had to purchase batteries in order to use the remote controls in all the bedrooms and living area. I also left that for the next tenant for their convenience. The landlord will not provide this or any cleaners of any kind or linens. You will need twin , full, queen and king size sheets. Also, no grill and no umbrella on the picnic table is a big inconvenience but I knew that to be the case. We ate out a lot because without a grill I didn't want to heat the place up cooking in the kitchen. The rooms are big, we had plenty of space and the air condition did a good job keeping the place cool during the 90 plus degree weather. The location is central which is good since you will need to go out right away to provision your stay. There were beach chairs and toys for the beach. We only rinsed our feet in the "outdoor" shower.

Beautiful home, replace the sofa and dining chairs asap

This home is very nice and spacious. However, the family couldn't really get comfortable due to the unsightly and seemingly filthy sofa and dining chairs. The dining table should be freshened up with a coat of white paint and the chairs should be re-uphostered. The sofa needs to be replaced asap. Although it bears the lines of the vacuum, it appears to have been soiled with motor oil.

Great location, spacious and comfortable.

TV remotes had no batteries, or backs, kitchen table and chairs probably should be replaced, shower curtains a little moldy and blinds in a couple or bedrooms missing some parts. However, this did not impact the overall stay, we had a great time! Thanks

Great property and Clean City

Ocean city is a clean, well maintained city. The property was great for our group. Enough room for everyone the elevator was a nice bonus to load and unload everything. The property managers were great and quickly responded to any comments or concerns we had. The walk to the beach and boardwalk was not bad, and we had everything around us. Would definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful. Well suited to our family. Loved the deck. Bigger tvs might be a consideration. All in all, we had a wonderful family time.

Great space for a large family, great location

(Review is for the 5 bedroom condo) The check in process was easy and the owner was very responsive throughout the process. Location was great-just a few blocks from both the ocean and the bay. Elevator and proximity to Wawa and Walgreens was convenient. Deck was amazing! Some helpful information for future guests: -coffee maker takes flat-bottomed filters -one king room and one queen room have bathrooms attached -no umbrella or grill on the deck -no need for baby gates if you have small children. It’s all one floor with doors to stairwell -the kitchen is well stocked, with even some storage items -and there are some beach items, like buckets and shovels -beach tags for most of the group were included One star off for cleanliness. There were several empty plastic water bottles and snack wrappers under our bed and behind the bedroom door. I would agree with the other post that either the furniture could use replacing or at least a good cleaning, especially the couch and dining chairs. Overall, a great stay though, and everyone said they would definitely come back!

Great place with a short walk to the beach

We had a great time walking to the beach everyday then spending time on the patio in the evening. The suite is very nice but the furniture is a little tired. The elevator is a nice feature for unpacking. Would stay again!

Great place!

The only recommendations: - Could use more hooks, especially for the outside shower and inside bathrooms. - TVs need to be updated. -Porch and entryway were not clean; there was remaining food and debris from the previous stay.
