Each of the 3 bedrooms suites are elegantly and professionally decorated with upscale furnishings and are each equipped with private cable TV. Oakwater Resort has all the amenities of a 5 star resort with 4,000 square foot clubhouse that overlooks the Olympic sized lagoon-style swimming pool. The pool area even has a hot tub/spa and children's playground.

We will always book this unit!

There are so many positives that it would be hard to list all of themā€¦..proximity to Disney, the amount of space, the state of the unit (very clean and well stocked with all the necessities) the amenities of the complex (pool and hot tub) and most importantly Lynnā€™s attentiveness to our questions and needs. This is the place we will always look to book on our next Disney adventure!

Awesome Condo!

Thank you for a lovely place to stay during our trip to Florida! The pictures dont do this condo justice - it is beautifully furnished and in an excellent location, close to all the theme parks and lots of shopping and restaurants. Having three bedrooms is a bonus - the kids loved having their own space and their own TV's in their rooms. The kitchen had all the neccessities that made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the screened in porch. Lynn was a pleasure to work with and was quick to reply to our inquiries. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again when we are in the Kissimmee area. We highly recommend this condo! Russ and Christi - Columbus GA

All The Way Around Perfect!!

What can I say except perfect. Townhouse is just like the pictures show. It is located in a quite gated community that is right off the main strip. Our party of 4 adults arrived on July 4th for a week at Disney. The pool was wonderful to relax in after a long day at the parks. Lynn is a pleasure to deal with, whenever I had a question she was always quick to respond back to me. I look forward to staying here again when we travel back to Disney, and I would recommend this townhouse to any of my family and friends. The best thing about this townhouse and the reason I picked it was the central location, you can be at the parks or at a variety of sit down restaurants within 7-8 minutes. You will not go wrong or be disappointed in staying at this townhouse.

Very helpful host, great location with Walmart being within walking distance. The home was well equipped and clean and had comfortable beds with plenty of space in all the rooms. Oakwaters resort facilities like the pool and jacuzzi were excellent. Very close to Disney. We had an amazing stay

We love the place and this time was no different, quiet, clean, safe, and close to walmart for daily shopping. The apartment was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our Disney vacation!

This rental was a perfect home away from home during our Disney vacation. There is so much space, and the beds are very comfortable. Lynn was a great host and responded quickly to any questions. The on site pool is also very nice and much bigger than other properties we've stayed. Would highly recommend for anyone, especially those needing something close to Disney parks.

Great location to get to the Parks, as well as to restaurants and stores. I wish we had more time to just enjoy the facility. FYI - All the bedrooms are on the second floor. Maybe that's common knowledge with condos, but we hadn't considered that. Overall, great experience and woke up relaxed and ready for the next adventure.

Disney Home Away From Home

We stayed at the house for a week while we visted Disney. This house was very welcoming and looks a lot like pictures. Made our stay felt like a home away from home. The owner is amazing and easy to communicate with.

Excellent location that needs some TLC

The listing is exactly what you get. Location is wonderful if you are visiting Disney, with multiple restaurants and a Walmart nearby. The home itself needs some TLC. It is not very clean, no extras that are so nice on vacation, (i.e. an extra garbage bag, a dishwasher tab, disinfecting wipes, kleenex, an extra TP), basic house repairs are not kept up. Owner was very receptive to our concerns and said they would be addressed.

Disney World getaway

This was a nice condo. This condo has everything close by that you would need. Nice decor and had plenty of room. The swimming pool was a nice place to hang out at. It was centrally located. We were 10 minutes away from all disney parks, and 15-20 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Parks.

Great location to theme parks!!

Was very nice but check in process was little ridiculous says club house open 10-6 and they donā€™t come in til 10:30 am and security wouldnā€™t give us a parking permit cause we had a big bus/ suv and wanted us to park at Walmart and I said no this is what we drove was never told it mattered what kind vehicle you drove to take in the resort.other than this was great location very clean and good communication with property manager.

Great stay!

Overall this property is perfect! The condo needs a little TLC(light switches, carpet cleaned, new patio cushions), but overall didnā€™t effect our stay much. Everything else was great. The property and neighborhood are great and we loved the pool area so much! Great location to the parks & Walmart right next door. Lynn was such a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be returning in the future!! Thank you Lynn.

Just an honest review.

Arrival and check in were super easy. We noticed right away that the floors were very sticky. They were filthy. The owner was very quick to have the situation rectified. Even after being mopped three more times, the floor was still very dirty. Thatā€™s is more of a reflection of a terrible cleaning service than the actual property. The property was very, very spacious. The beds were quite comfortable, the kitchen was decently stocked, and the towels were very soft. Our only issues with the condo itself were the top outlet in the spare bathroom didnā€™t work and the sheets on the bed were very cheap and would not stay on. I woke up several times each night to fix the them. Overall, Iā€™m grateful that we had a safe place to stay near all of the attractions.

Best unit in Oakwater!

We have a rented in the Oakwater for several years now. This is by far one of the nicest units we have ever been in! Beautifully decorated, spacious, The bedrooms are huge! We love the open floor plan of the downstairs.Everything you could possibly need is here. We did initially have a small problem with the television in the living room. We contacted Lynn, the owner, and her response was almost immediate! There was a new TV in the very next day.She is very proud of her unit and wants her renters to be happy. The Oakwater itself is one of the nicest resorts in Kissimmee. Quiet, beautiful courtyards, crystal clear pool and great staff in the clubhouse. As I mentioned before, we have stayed here many times but this by far was the best stay yet and I believe it is because we enjoyed being in this unit so much. Thank you Lynn! We hope to rent from you again in the near future!

Wonderful Stay!

This was a very easy experience with great communication. The place was wonderful, and a great neighborhood. Very easy drive to Walmart, next door, and the Disney parks. My only feedback is the dining table light switch did not work properly while we were there. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We would definitely do it again!
