Welcome to Laule'a 'Ohana Hale, Princeville, a luxurious and luxe vacation rental home on Kaua'i! This home boasts impressive panoramic mountain views from the main living areas, lanais and primary bedroom suite. Wake to glimpses of Hanalei waterfalls and relax in the evenings to a sunset-colored sky over the Hanalei range all the way to Makana Mountain.

Laule'a Ohana Hale is a 3 bedroom (King, Queen, Full) and 2 full bath upscale home situated along a quiet street in the prestigious Princeville resort community. Centrally located, you can enjoy a nice walk along the Princeville path, Saturday Princeville Farmers Market, a community park with a fun jungle gym and slides for the keiki's, a shopping center filled with restaurants, shops and boutiques, golf and much more!

A covered entry welcomes you to the air-conditioned great room featuring soaring, open beam ceilings. The spacious living room is surrounded by a wall of windows that perfectly capture the mountain views over the privacy landscaping. The spacious living area offers high end furniture pieces that includes a sofa (queen sofa sleeper), ample and lush seating, a large smart flat screen TV with a Sonos Sound Bar, Infinity Gaming Table (digital tabletop gaming) for a night of family fun, many books and board games for your enjoyment.

Step out onto the spacious lanai with upgraded, Trex decking and fantastic views, the perfect spot for your morning coffee on a 4-seat table with umbrella to enjoy a meal grilled on the gas BBQ grill.

Enjoy a meal as a family as the dining room (dining table seats 6) features the same high ceilings as the living area and is adjacent to the kitchen offering a "great room" feel. Cooks will appreciate the gas stove-top, granite counters, custom tile backsplash and pantry. The kitchen is filled with all the cookware and kitchen gadgets that include a Keurig Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Pots, Pans, Plates, etc.

The lower level offers two spacious bedrooms (Queen, Full) both offers its own split A/C unit, a fully remodeled bath with custom tiling, a walk-in shower and a bidet.

The primary bedroom suite (King) is positioned on the second floor, up just one flight of stairs for a nicely elevated view of the mountains in one direction and the spacious, private backyard in the other. The suite's lanai offers a seating area and is a perfect spot for a morning coffee while enjoying the views. The ensuite bath features a new vanity with dual sinks, shower, bidet and a walk-in closet. For those needing to work on vacation, a desk with a chair is provided.

The kitchen was fully stocked and the place was immaculate. We stayed two months and the cleaning crew did an amazing job every time. Would stay again. The convenience to everything was great.

1 Week in Princeville

This home was perfect for our 5 person family. With two toddlers (3 and 4) the playground near by, backyard, and all the toys left at the house, made the house a home for us for a week. You're close to everything you need and only 5 minutes from Hanalei Bay. We will be back!

Wonderful property!

The location is great. Such a peaceful and beautiful setting in the middle of Princeville. And the home is fabulous - clean, modern and open with everything you need from the kitchen to the outdoors (bikes, beach equipment, grill, etc.). Absolutely perfect for a family vacation. Everyone in our family immediately felt at home and happy. Would definitely come back if available on our next stay in wonderful Kauai!

Beautiful Elegant Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ohana. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed with high quality linens, toiletries, kitchenware, etc. There were 5 adults in our party, which was perfect size for the house. The location in Princeville is quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back. Mahalo!

Family Vacation

Cannot say enough about this rental. We have stayed in many different rentals in different locations and this was one of our favorites and just as beautiful as the pictures! It had so much space for the 6 of us and everything you need. They had beech towels, chairs, Yeti coolers, snorkel gear, electric bike's. Fully stocked kitchen and close to grocery store. Close to so many beautiful beaches, eating places and we also did a weekly food truck and art vendor night close by. They always answered any questions promptly. Would definitely recommend this place, you will not be sorry!

I cannot say enough about this propertyā€¦ I donā€™t know if it is brand newā€¦ But the place was absolutely immaculateā€¦ Pots and pans look like they were all brand newā€¦ They had boogie boardsā€¦ They had scuba gearā€¦ They had beach towelsā€¦ They had E, bikes and pedal bikesā€¦ they had a washer and dryerā€¦ That was not listed in the property just want you to know thatā€¦ Master was up some stairsā€¦ Two bedrooms and a bathroom, downstairs large, living area and kitchenā€¦ We absolutely loved our stayā€¦ Would give it a great rating and go back anytimeā€¦ Keep in mind it is on the north side of the islandā€¦ The majority of our activities were on the south sideā€¦ So we did do a lot of driving every day Put lots of fun things to do on the northside as well

Split AC units in all the main areas and the bedrooms, bidets in all the water closets, comfy beds, a beautiful live tropical floral bouquet on the kitchen table, remote control ceiling fans,, supplying things like foil, saran wrap, laundry supplies, luxurious shampoos, and conditioners, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and umbrellas, even a wagon to haul everything and bikes, and so on there are just so many details I donā€™t know where to stop. Then there is the beautiful backyard the deck with an table and barbecue beautiful front yard and the neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous! My family has decided that this is the one and only home we want to come stay in when we visit Kauai hands-down. You can tell the owners genuinely care about this place and want to make it special for each and every visitor. There are so many touches that they do not have to do at an obligation. You can tell they do them because they want each guest to feel pampered we spent a whole week staying in this beautiful home looking forward to when we can return again in the future

Loved how the rental was stocked with all the necessities like shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, toilet paper. We used the Yeti backpack cooler almost everyday which was great to have. My youngest loved the gaming table! We enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the deck and taking morning walks. There was a basketball court close by which was also nice for my daughter. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks so much for a great first trip to Kauai!

Gorgeously stunning!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Princeville area is so beautiful! The property did not disappoint in comparison to the photos and description on VRBO. Well ABOVE our expectations! Prior to arrival, we were provided instructions on downloading an app to install that we could use for checking arrival and departure instructions, etc. Super cool! When we arrived, we were greeted by FRESH flowers on the dining table (with torch ginger, heliconia, etc.), as well as the sound of Hawaiian music playing in the background, Fans and A/C on and running, and a lovely yet not overpowering, calming and soothing scent - all these elements make us feel quite welcomed. WOW!!! The home is furnished very nice, with nice finishes, including bidet toilets (so neat), fine linens, comfortable beds, and high end fixtures/features. Beautiful backyard, gorgeously manicured front yard. All FIVE split A/C units and fans in EVERY room, including kitchen, kept the space nice and cool. The place was WELL stocked, including beach supplies, snorkeling gear, plastic baggies, robes, salt and pepper, some spices, sunscreens, so many more to list, including bikes! We rode the bikes to and from the store. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. My kids are already asking to return and to ONLY reserve this home! We can tell the owners TRULY love and care for this space ā€“ such a blessing and privilege that they would open their home to guests.
