A few things to note. If you book a stay for longer than 2 weeks an extra cleaning fee will be added after booking for $250. Properties in Mammoth do not have A/C. It rarely gets too hot here. Opening up windows cools it right down. BBQ's are only available in the summer time.

The place was amazing! Only complaint would be that the oven was dirty and so it got very Smokey when it was used but besides that the location was awesome, and the place was clean.

Dark nights in #27!

Power in most of the dining area, living room and the front bedroom didn’t work. Electrical outlets not functioning, so portable heaters needed and the TV! did not have power. For a very dark, (lack of lighting), condo., not having lamps work because of the power issue was very irritating. We used the flashlights on our phones to see things. On top of fixing the power issue, I would recommend more lighting added to this place!

Perfect Unit For Us

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful mountain views and a spacious kitchen & living area made this the perfect unit for my husband and I and our two adult daughters. Centrally located, it had a well-stocked kitchen, parking and a cozy woodburning fireplace that fit the beautiful mountain scenery. Everything was easy and when we had one small thing happen (batteries died in the keypad & we couldn't lock the door) they were responsive and came immediately to fix it. We loved our stay and plan to come up again.

Mammoth 1 week getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location and that was it's biggest advantage. The unit itself was clean, but when we arrived there was no shampoo/conditioner available in either bathrooms ( I thought that the rental said it would have three days worth of supplies, until we could get our own), there was a used bar of soap in the shower and approx 10 sheets of toilet paper in the bathroom to use, The guest bedroom had a smoke detector that started chirping the first day and so had to be disconnected. The balcony/outdoor space was very small and the windows were hard to open and close, some of the handles were broken. The slider closet in guest bathroom was not on its railing. To me , all of these issues were minor but the main problem with the unit was that it was located right next to the jacuzzi which was supposed to close at 10:00pm but on two of the nights there were people laughing and talking very loudly until midnight so I could not sleep. I left a message on the property manager's machine, but never got a call back. The mattress in the master bedroom was very hard and lumpy. Overall, we did have a nice time in Mammoth, but I would most likely stay elsewhere next time we are there.

spacious property, good location near the Bluesapalooza, it was exactly as described

The condo was a bit dated in overall style and furnishings, but it was clean and very comfortable for our stay. Lots of windows let in alot of light and tree views, altho there was construction machinery throughout the nextdoor lot which detracted from the view a bit. The kitchen was stocked adequately with enough cookware to make a couple of meals during our week. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit itself. The location was great. Bedrooms lacked more than one set of bath towels in each bathroom, but the bed was comfortable with a cozy memory foam topper. Area was quiet, the pool was clean and the jacuzzi was hot. We enjoyed the large spaces that the 2 bedroom condo offered, with the living room and kitchen being very comfortable and spacious to spend time in. We would recommend it to anyone needing a good, clean home to vacation in. It could use a little bit of a remodeling upgrade , but we have stayed in far worse! Overall, a good rental property!

Great location, property dated

Location was perfect, but property is dated. TV did not work, and property management unresponsive to requests for help. The windows had paper stuffed between them to keep heat in - with the insulation of apartment less than ideal. This resulted in the apartment feeling constantly cold. No shower gel, soaps, or anything - bring your own

Great location for average property.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location great. Management average. House tidy, but in need of repair. Hot tub was a mess with beer cans and dirt in it and uninhabitable.

Great time

My friend and I came up for a girls trip, and this place was perfect. We were snowed in for a few days due to a blizzard, and we were able to play games, make meals, and enjoy lots of Netflix. When we could get on the mountain, the shuttle stop right outside the condo made it super easy. I hope to come back with friends and family!

The property was perfect for our family of four; wonderful views out to snow-covered pine trees and the residences was equipped with everything we might need during our stay.
