ON SITE POOLS & Courtyards: Our property boosts two in ground Pools are shared with 7 other rentals on site . Courtyards has ping pong, corn toss and a variety of games for children and teens. Property has two outdoor showers , outdoor furniture, tables and loungers. Court have designated BBQ areas that have gas grills for family cooking and and outdoor dining.

Four Short Blocks to Beach & Boardwalk

This professionally designed, SECOND floor, non smoking, four bedroom Suite (Queen bed in each bedroom) has an open floor plan with a large living room with a Queen sleeper sofa along with large smart TV, full kitchen including small appliances, full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided. Two Full bathroom with tub and shower. Bedroom has a queen size bed, furniture, large smart TV and closet system for organization. Living room has a double twin mattress Day Bed. This property has a multi machine coin operate laundry just steps from the Suite. Standard WIFI Internet provided through out the property by FIOS

This property is designed has two attached two bedroom suites that have interior access and lock out providing a large spacious vacation home with four bedrooms, two baths, two livings rooms and two full size kitchens. All bedrooms have Queen beds and two sleeper queen sofas..

* For the months of July & August, all daily and weekend rentals (4 days or less) are part of our Magical Collection Rentals and include free linen & towel drop off and one adult weekly beach tag per bedroom. Free beach access for guests under 12 years of age.
* Although Linens ,Towels & Beach Tags are not included in our discounted Weekly Rentals we now offer Bed, Bath & Beach Bundles that includes use of 4 free adult beach tags ($210 value) for just $250.00 additional. This includes everything you need at our discounted weekly rate.
* One pet under 30 lbs permitted with $ 150 Pet Disinfection Fee . Weight and Breed must be approved in advance.
* Off season short term rentals limited to Guests with temporary employment contracts or for home improvements and can show proof of ownership. Pets approved based upon breed & week subject at a $ 150.00 per month Pet Fee
* Parking limited to one car but additional free street parking is available.

Lazy River Rentals offers short term & Winter rentals between: September - April
only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Zoning for our properties prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 2 guests from 3 BR permits 3 guests, 4 BR permits up to 4 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.

Mature Young Adults - Lazy River Rentals will accept a limited number of young adult rentals starting April 15 though June 30, 2024. Rentals are limited to no more than 2 per bedroom. No outside Guests or Visitors. $ 150.00 additional registration fee added to reservation. No Group Prom Rentals Please

         OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
