Only 1.5 blocks from the beach and 8 blocks to the town square. Located in a quiet part of town in a safe, peaceful neighborhood. Our English speaking manager can help you have the perfect vacation. We can help arrange individualized tours and excursions.

Charming

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a charming rental. There were two of us, and the size was just perfect. The location could not be better. A half mile to the restaurants, a quick walk to the beach and quiet in the evenings. The bathroom is a bit small, but was able to put on makeup in the large bedroom. After taking a quick dip into the cooling pool, it is just a few steps to your room. Wonderful place to stay a the staff is AMAZING! I would definitely recommend to a couple looking for an affordable stay on Puerto Morelos.

Shh. Don’t tell anyone

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The host and apartment by far met our expectations. You feel safe, the convenience to the beach was easy. Our host, Milko, was available to answer questions and provide taxi and travel information. I advise visiting anytime of the year, the air conditioning works, the pool is pristine, and snorkeling on the Worlds 2nd longest coral reef is also spectacular.

Great stay at Juanita #1

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very good experience. We checked in a bit early and we were lucky we could check out later than advertised. Thankyou Milko.The property was very clean and had everything we needed. I do think the juice squeezing machine is dying. We only say this because we needed lime juice for our margaritas. lol

Wonderful stay at Casa Juanita #1!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying at Casa Juanita #1. The apartment had everything we needed from a sunny kitchen table, a cool comfortable bed, a shaded back patio and a swimming pool right out the front door!The location is great since there is easy access to the beach and into town, but away of the business ofthe condos. Milko, the manager for Juanita, was helpful lining up quick turnaround for our laundry and taxi service. Our only issue was we didn't stay long enough! Thank you everyone at Abbey del Sol!
