Gorgeous two bedroom with 3 bathrooms, king beds, lovely breeze, pool.

High ceilings, charming Mexican decor, and a refreshing breeze from a large sliding patio door that opens onto your private balcony. The spacious Great Room concept combines the large living room and kitchen area. The house has A/C throughout. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. A third bathroom off the hall. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be made up as a king bed or used separately. The beach is three blocks away and the town square is an easy 15-minute walk.

We have a central office at Abbey del Sol just next to Casa Sonoma. Our English-speaking manager can help you have the perfect vacation. We can help arrange individualized tours and excursions. "Where Travelers Find a Home."

Wonderful place

Everything about this place was impeccable. The house was clean, well equipped and super comfortable. The hosts thought of every possible thing you would need. We were received well and told about many good places to eat and places to go. We wish we could have stayed here for a long time. Puerto Morelia’s is a sweet small town with lots of friendly people.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This two bedroom apartment is very spacious with 2 balconies plus a deck by the pool downstairs. It is safe, clean and comfortable and only 2 short blocks to the beach. It is about a 15 min safe and pleasant walk to the centre with restaurants and shops but also lots of inexpensive taxis if walking is not your thing. The pool is wonderful. Lots of amenities likes bikes, beach chairs, bottled water etc.

The apartment was burglarized during our stay. The intruder was hiding on the floor next to the bed. Management handled the incident poorly and there was zero follow up. The property failed to provide adequate security and our safety was jeopardized.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I and my daughter and her family stayed a week at Casa Sonoma. We stayed in the studio while my daughter stayed in the 3 bedroom unit. Everything was as described in the listing. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and friendly. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. We were only a 5 minute walk to the beach and beach clubs. Everything you needed for the beach was provided. We even used the available bicycles to ride into La Colonia for some exercise. You won't find a better place to stay and we hope the next time we visit Puerto Morelos the Abey del Sol apartments will be available.

The property was amazing and the managers were SO helpful and accomodating. They have a great transport service too. We had a tropical depression and mostly rained while we were there, but we enjoyed sitting on the front and back patios while it rained. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook. It had everything we needed. The staff did a great job keeping the property and pool leaned during the bad weather. I would definitely recommend Casa Sonoma and Abbey del Sol properties to my friends and family.

Fifth time staying in an Abbey Del Sol property and second time in Sonoma #3. This unit is clean, bright, spacious, fully equipped and perfect for anyone needing 2 bedrooms. Balconies front and back of this unit mean there is shaded quiet place to relax. What stands out to us is that year after year we see the same friendly staff both office and maintenance workers. Always ready to help with advice, recommendations or any issues that arise. Love this town and staying with Abbey Del Sol. Sonoma #3 is perfect for us.Kevin, Linda and Julie from Canada.

The kitchen was excellent in its set up - lots of great pots / pans, mixing bowls, dishes and glasses, and even a gas BBQ for meal preparation. The pool was modest in size but perfect for our needs, the beach chairs, bikes and yoga mats were much appreciated! the location is great - a quiet area but just 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes into the main square. The staff were very responsive and helpful. We'd love to stay there again in the future!

The kitchen is well equipped, the bikes were always available when we needed them and the staff is so helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely. The walking distance to the beach was so quick and easy. Getting into town was about a 5-7 minute bike ride and was so fun! Easy to carry groceries back in the baskets of the bikes. We would be happy to stay here again and definitely recommend it!!!

Very spacious and lovely authentic decor, squeeky clean, full kitchen, every possible amenity provided, and very comfortable beds and bedding. Lovely pool. Great location, very quiet, easy access for walk to beach and town (or taxis are plentiful, very efficient & reasonable). The condo/villa buildings are extremely well maintained with lovely plants and color. The staff is excellent, completely efficient, very helpful, warm and friendly. They can help with many things, even setting up excursions, coordinating transportation and even laundry services (fast & efficient). We love the variety of accommodations available through Abbey del Sol and would definitely return again in the future.

They patiently answered all my questions and guided me to the best place from their portfolio for our needs. We could not have been happier with our accommodations. It was in perfect shape, clean, roomy, well appointed, well stocked kitchen etc. It was our 1st time to Puerto Morelos and we ended up being thrilled w the location, very quiet end of town. Maricela, was super helpful. When we realized the weather was going to turn rainy the next day she immediately called a boat to take us out on the reefs for snorkeling within 2 hrs. She and her staff made sure we had 3 bikes ready for us to use for our stay. Would go back to this unit in a heartbeat. Thanks Abbey del Sol!

Wonderful Apartment Rental in Puerto Morelos - Sonoma #3

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time using Abbey del Sol, upon advice from friends who have stayed here in the past. The apartment was clean and well maintained with a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were a good size and each had its own full bathroom and individual air conditioning. Beach access was very close via the Diving Lodge ( we enjoyed a quick Margarita before walking down the beach ). The management in the office, located basically next door, were extremely helpful and eager to assist in helping to book taxis, activities or just provide information. The location is quiet ( the exception is the occasional early morning barking of dogs ) and the pool was nice and a great place to relax after being at the beach. We definitely hope to stay at this apartment again.

The kids spent plenty of time in the pool and had a blast. We self-catered 2 meals a day and particularly loved having a blender for smoothies. Another great Abbey del Sol experience for us.

A Quiet Place

The unit is very well equipped with everything you could think of, including yoga mats and beach chairs. The big plus for us was the Weber BBQ outside by the pool. There's only 4 units so most of the time you had the pool to yourself, it was quiet and a short walk to the beach. The beauty of Puerto Morelos is that you can walk just about anywhere in a short amount of time. There are also bikes available for your use if walking isn't your thing. No complaints from us, loved every minute and hope to return.

We had the pool almost for ourselves all the time. It is a short walk to the beach (which was cleaned every day from the sea grass). There are very good and nice restaurants in town (about 10 minutes by foot).

Beautiful property, exceptional staff

Casa Sonoma was a last minute stop for us but we really hit the jack pot. The property is gorgeous, beautifully maintained, modern, has everything you could ask for but the best part is the staff. Jin made everything about our booking process, check in, check out and time spent there exceptional. We really appreciate how above and beyond everyone was for us. The property is 3 blocks from the ocean, and about 10 min walk to town, perfect for us. We will definitely be back:)

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt für sechs Personen, viele Extras sind inklusive (Strandtücher, Strandstühle, Fahrräder usw), der Pool ist super (Grill, Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Poolspielzeug dabei, u.a.) und das Beste ist vor allem das nette und hilfreiche Personal, einfach fantastisch. Sehr zu empfehlen. Meine Familie und ich hatten eine tolle Zeit dort gehabt.

We spent 3 weeks here and it felt like home. The staff are amazing - they brought us water jugs whenever we ran out, helped us arrange rental cars, and generally answered all our questions about the area. Several bikes are free to use, and it’s a short walk to the beach. Sigh... can’t wait to go back!
