Reunion Luxury Home, PrivatePool/Spa, on Golf Course; 6 miles from Disney!

Thank you so much for your kind words Krys. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family.

Pool heat and Spa heat are set at 87 / 103, respectively, at all of our properties. This is always checked before guest arrival and during their stay, as it was with this guest. Since the pool at this property is not enclosed, there may be leaves blowing around, especially in the fall, which is why we provide a broom for guest use. Also, if we are not alerted to a cleaning issue, there is no way to see/rectify it. Lastly, unfortunately, we are unable to extend a late check-out when another guest is arriving later the same day - which is the result of this review.

We look forward to having you back!

Thanks, Bob, for being such a great guest! We hope you'll come back and stay with us again soon!

We work hard to maintain our five star reviews so we are always appreciative of respectful guests!

During this guest’s stay, we did experience an unexpected issue with the pool heating system that arose a few weeks after their arrival. We responded immediately and had pipes replaced the same evening. The following day, when the guest notified us that the spa section had drained, we again acted promptly and sent a pool technician to assess the situation and identify the necessary repairs. The pool heat was temporarily turned off for a few days while repairs were completed. To minimize disruption, we provided the guest with complimentary access to a nearby private pool and spa for the remainder of their stay. The guest shared that they very much enjoyed these amenities. After a full evaluation, the required repairs, including replacement of the spa jets, were completed. While occasional maintenance issues can arise despite regular care, we take them very seriously. We are located on-site and respond quickly to all guest concerns. In this case, we were present daily to oversee the situation and ensure it was resolved as efficiently as possible. We sincerely regret any inconvenience during a guests’ stay always address the issue promptly and thoroughly.
