This three-bedroom Riverfront condominium is located on the first floor and offers great views and easy access to the Pemigewasset River. The spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas occupy the center portion of this condominium. The primary bedroom suite with a queen bed, television, and private bath is on one side of the living area. On the other side are two additional bedrooms (one with a full-size bed and TV, the other with a set of bunk beds and a twin bed) and a full bath.

During the summer season, make sure to take a dip in the nearby old-fashioned river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available.

This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is now available - see details at
The outdoor pool and tennis area are available only in the summer and may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has no air conditioning.
*Please note: pet (cat and/or dog) dander may be present in this condominium.*
Riverfront homes no longer allow tenants to use fireplaces.

The condo was wonderful, everything we needed, easy access, clean. The only note would be the shower heads didn’t work that well and probably need replacing, and it would have been nice to have additional pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closet.

Perfect for another stay in Lincoln!

Absolutely perfect for our return trip to Lincoln and Mt. Washington. Every picture was accurate. Very spacious and very clean. Received a phone call upon reserving, followed by an email the day of arrival. Highly recommended!

Overall, the apartment provided us with good lodging for our ski weekend. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described on VRBO website. We had a lot of difficulty finding the correct building at 10pm when we arrived. None of the building addresses are lit up at night. We had to stop at a few of the parking lots, get out of our vehicles, and search for street address numbers. This rental is managed by LOON RESERVATION SERVICES, not the actual owner. LOON RESERVATION SERVICES should either make sure all their address signage is lit up on all buildings, or provide specific turns/directions to the correct building upon entering a development/complex.Note about the sleeping conditions-this specific unit contains uncomfortable mattresses. They are either very old or of low quality. The coils in these old fashioned mattresses were not pleasant. All guests in our group made comments after the first night of poor sleep. It may be time for replacements.

Place was very quaint, immaculate, view out sliding glass doors was the river just steps away. Swimming hole short walk away kids loved it. Convenient to everything. Everything was great. The only little drawback was the week we stayed humidity was incredibly high and cottage does not have a/c but did provide fans. Despite difficult sleeping would still highly recommend !

Old carpet, 25 year old dishwasher which bottom rack fell off tracks when loaded, old bedroom furniture. Three pans were burnt on the bottom that we had to clean. Location is close to mountain and on bus route. Rental staff were very friendly and efficient.
