Situated in the picturesque Indian Palms Country Club, it's just a short stroll to the festival grounds and Indio Polo Fields in the prime area of South Indio. The Country Club offers resort-style living with amenities like a golf course, three swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, a hotel, and a restaurant. This impressive property is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. With a spacious open floor plan, it boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests.

Back patio opens to a spacious saltwater pool and spa, measuring 6.5ft deep and 40ft long, including a jacuzzi. Outdoor amenities include dining space, a natural gas BBQ with a high-top counter for 2, seating for 6 at the dining table, 2 lounge chairs, and seating for 6 around the fire pit.

Relax in a spacious living room area equipped with a pool table, an 85" smart TV, additional dining space, and a cozy couch.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, Oven, dishwasher, and 4 burner gas stovetop. It is fully stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, mixer, wine glasses, plastic acrylic glasses, dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, knives, and anything else you might need in the kitchen. If you are wondering if there is something specific in the kitchen please reach out and ask if it is provided before you arrive. There are table settings and glassware available for 10 people. The dining table seats 6,+4 more in the living room where the other dining table is located.

Full kitchen with all utensils, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dining set. Laundry room with a washer, and dryer, ironing board, and iron. Linens and bath towels and pool towels are provided.

★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ★

WHAT DOES "ALL INCLUSIVE" MEAN?

Our "All Inclusive" offering means that guests are not charged extra for specific amenities and services. It includes complimentary pool heating, jacuzzi use, the option for early check-in or late check-out (up to two hours, subject to availability), and the accommodation of two dogs at no additional cost. It does not encompass free food and alcohol, as some might assume.

ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR POOL HEAT/JACUZZI/PETS/EARLY CHECKIN or LATE CHECKOUT/EXTRA GUESTS?

This is our all inclusive resort style home. We do not have any extra charges(with limitations).

Regarding extra guests: 12 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children(no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 12 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.

Pet policy: maximum 2 dogs! You must notify me before bringing pets. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. My cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up.

Pool/Jacuzzi: pool heated to 88°. Jacuzzi can be set at desired temperature. For requests of higher than 88° for pool temperature, an extra charge of $50 per day will be assessed.

Maximum early check-in is two hours at 2 PM. Maximum late check out is 10AM. Early checkin must be requested and may not be available depending previously booked reservations.

You must request extra amenities 5 days before arrival at 7pm when you receive the pre-checkin message. Requesting early check-in may or may not be available, although this amenity can be granted, it can also be changed depending on the booked reservations before it and after it.

CAN I PARK ON THE STREET?

NO street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street or TOWED!!! You must park in the driveway. 6 car parking.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 88 degrees. Please let me know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

IS A GOLF CART AVAILABLE?

No golf cart currently.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a SMALL Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets.

PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Please absolutely no street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street overnight. You must park inside the garage or the driveway only.

You understand that the use of the entire house, including swimming facilities and exercise equipment such as treadmills and weight sets, carries inherent risks and may result in bodily injury. You accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained and hold the owner harmless. You acknowledge the potential dangers to unsupervised children, individuals with health risks, those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or pregnant individuals. By confirming below, you agree to assume all responsibility for yourself and your party, waiving any claims against the owner for accidents or injuries related to the use of the house facilities.
