Step into this beautifully updated one-bedroom villa, where every detail has been carefully designed for your comfort. Enjoy a full kitchen and an inviting open-concept living and dining area. The private bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the living room offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. Relax on your private balcony and take in breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sea breeze.

Guests of Ocean Dunes benefit from complimentary Wi-Fi and access to our newly renovated oceanfront pool and picnic area. The heated pool, set at a perfect 82 degrees, is open daily from 9 AM to sunset, ensuring year-round enjoyment.

Ideally located just 70 yards from the beach on South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes offers convenient access to Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park. Explore nearby dining, shopping, and attractions with ease.

Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks products!

This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

On the first level, the beach view is obstructed almost completely. The door hardware and strike to the room are in bad shape, the wood in the jamb has a large crack going vertically. This makes the door not very secure. It is sloppy and didn’t give the wife a real secure feeling. A shoulder into the door would most likely open it. We did call to about the door and they did offer to send a maintenance guy over, however it is not a 10 minute fix. They would need new materials and hours to do it correctly. The foot stool had chunks of pleather missing. Well now to the good, it is in a great location. The place was not super clean but good enough. Furniture is pretty old but again, good enough. Beach access was easy and as described. You have to wash your own towels and supply trash bags, toilet paper etc. which was not a deal breaker. The kitchen was fitted out nicely. Pool area was also nice. This was our first time in Hilton Head so unsure if it was worth the money. Overall not a bad experience but would seek other options next time.

Nicely updated unit, but uncomfortable bed and VERY noisy bedroom

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Dunes Unit 113 has been nicely updated with a beautiful kitchen and cleanly remodeled bathroom. The beach access is easy and gorgeous. This does not hide the fact that this unit is right in front of the pool on the 1st floor, where guests do NOT follow the operating guidelines (i.e., open the curtains and see people in the early a.m. hours or late after sunset right in front of the window), or the fact that the mattress is so old and the bedroom's construction is so poor that one cannot get a good night sleep. The unit is right outside of the elevator, so traffic and noise is a constant throughout normal sleeping hours of the night, and there is not much insulation between bed and outside noise.

Had a great time. Unit was nice and clean. Unit lacked a few cooking utensils but, nothing we couldn't work around. I would stay again.

Great place!

Very nice place. Older, but kept clean and updated. Very little noise from neighbors. Did not use pools, but did walk to the beach. No complaints!

Negatives are: bed is very uncomfortable, sink disposal didn't work, TVs not user friendly (had to use 2 remotes to watch programs), bedroom A/C unit not reliable, needs one more comfortable chair in living room, lots of dirty under bed and couch.

The bedding could be newer, sheets mattress cover was ripping off the mattress so the sheets would not stay on bed. Blankets in closet needed washed or replaced.
