BEST VIEW' NEW 3/3 OCEANFRONT CONDO, ON THE FOURTH FLOOR CORNER UNIT (#402). Elegantly decorated, yet comfortable. As soon as you walk in, you will immediately relax in the beautiful surroundings. The unit is a direct oceanfront, offering the best view of the beach from practically every room. You can watch Dolphins play in the water, pelicans fly by or just enjoy the beautiful waves. We are located at the end of the 'drive on' beach and immediately next door (to the south) is the 'no drive beach.' You have the 'best of both beaches'. ****Exciting news the pool and hot tub are now open****

Go to sleep each night listening to the ocean surf. Sanibel is located on a small peninsula of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. You can watch the sunrise from your oceanfront balcony, and you can watch the sunset over the Halifax River from the balcony or from inside the condo.

This new condo is beyond your expectations. The split floor plan is huge with 2207 square feet of luxury. The living room has a 52' flat screen LCD TV with DVD. The unit has a media room with a 40' flat screen LCD TV, and a large Queen size sleeper sofa with gel mattress for the kids to kick back and relax while watching a movie. The kitchen features brand new state of the art stainless steel appliances with beautiful cabinetry, and granite countertops.

The condo has wood floor tile throughout all rooms. The laundry room is furnished with a large washer/dryer stacked unit, ironing board and full linen closet. Each room in the condo contains beautiful ceiling fans, and custom blinds and drapery. You have access to high speed WIFI internet so bring your laptop and sit out on the balcony and relax. Our unit includes all the comforts of home and is equipped with everything you need from silverware to linens.

The Master Suite has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the balcony for an amazing oceanfront view. It has a king-size bed and a 37" flat screen LCD TV. The adjoining bathroom has a large tub with extra large tiled shower. There are double sinks with granite countertops, private toilet room and large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom is a smaller master suite with a king size bed, flat screen LCD TV, large walk-in closet, and an exterior window with ocean views. It also has its own private beautifully decorated bathroom.

The third bedroom is spacious as well, with two double beds. There is a walk-in closet, exterior window with ocean views, flat screen LCD TV, and it has its own full-size bathroom in the hall with double sinks.

Media Room also has the flat screen TV & queen size pull out sleeper sofa. Great for kids or adults to watch TV or take a nap. Very comfortable room.

There is a parking space #402 in the garage near the elevator when you unload. There is additional parking in front of the building.

The building is brand new so everything is fresh and clean; there are only 65 units in the building so it is never crowded, and has an oceanfront pool and hot tub, with a state of the art fitness center, full kitchen and bar, pool table, card tables and a flat screen TV. There is plenty to do including golf cart, ATV and bike rentals on the beach, as well as surfboard rentals across the street. There are also jet ski rentals at Ponce Inlet, just a short drive south.

The unit is within walking distance to the local pier the restaurant
is currently under construction. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate area, some with fresh seafood and live music. There are various miniature golf sites nearby, as well as a water park, go-carts, amusement center at the boardwalk, shopping, parasailing, etc.

Our condo is family owned and we pride ourselves in having the best of everything. This will guarantee that you will return to our place year after year!

Great spot on Daytona!

Perfect location, perfect unit, clean, and lots of space! We had 3 adults and 3 kids. This beautiful unit was spacious and clean. It had a a full kitchen, which was great for our family! The pool and hot tub was nice! The entire property was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back!

Fantastic Stay

This place was absolutely fantastic. I haven't been to Daytona since 2007 so I didn't know what to expect with the area. Back then, you always wanted to be near the pier because that's where all the action was. So i knew this was a good amount away from there. I am so glad it was. That area was so run down and we actually tried to stay away from there. The area where this place is very peaceful and quiet. Walked right on to the beach. The parking is in a private gated garage so you don't have to struggle with loading/unloading in the rain. The building looks fantastic and maintained. The condo its self is very deceiving in comparison to the pictures. This place is HUGE! All bedrooms are great size. Great size kitchen and 2 living room areas. It feels very homey and warm and less like a hotel. Big smart TV in the living areas. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had more than enough space. Best VRBO we've ever stayed in. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sanibel 402! It all started with personalized communication with the representative of the property owners before we arrived. The condo was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for the week and more. We would love to go back!

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Sanibel very much. Our condo was a corner unit with beautiful views. Even though it is located on the drive on beach, the non-drive on section is literally right next door. When i first looked at the condo, i thought it looked very dark, but it isn't once the blinds are opened up. It actually was too bright in the mornings with the sun coming in the front. It is decorated beautifully and is in a great location. Daytona Beach Shores reminds me of New Smyrna. It is very family oriented. We didn't even mind the construction going on. We enjoyed watching, especially my 5 year old grandson. The noise was not bad.

Amazing time had by all on our girls' trip!

This condo was perfect for the five of us ladies(myself, mom, 2 aunts and a cousin). The beds were very confortable and the condo was just as beautiful in person as displayed in the photos. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony while enjoying our morning coffee. Kitchen was stocked well and there was plenty of room for 2 of use to prepare meals for everyone, we cooked every meal in the condo. I love this area because you are close to shopping, restaurants and fun things to do while being away from the other crowded beaches, very quiet and laid back, just our pace. Bonus for being on the drive portion of the beach? Ice cream trucks! Who doesn't turn back into a little kid when you see one of those?

A Great Experience!

I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. The condo is so spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and accessing the condo went smoothly. We have stayed in this building before and love the pool area and the quick few steps to the beach. You can go right and be on the drive less beach, which is what we did. It was never too crowded and we had room for all our favorite beach games. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Beyond advertised!

This condo is wonderful - with the best furnishings we have experienced. Corner view gives you so much beauty from the kitchen, living room, master. That master bath is CRAZY big! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were lovely. Highly recommend this as a luxury condo listed for the same price as contractor-grade furnished options. We loved our stay and did not want to leave!

Made COVID 19 mind at ease

We didnā€™t cancel our vacation like so many others did. Eric kept us up to date on the current status there before we came. The property is much nicer than the pictures and Eric is wonderful with communication and helping us when the beach was closed, and the pool wasnā€™t open and he called right back to inform us the pool in fact would be open later. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Florida. Thank you Eric for making it a wonderful vacation for my family

Nice condo Week of July 4 2019

The condo was nice. Owner was great. The Only issue we had was parking. U have one space guaranteed per condo (numbered) if u have another vehicle, its first come. I was told by property manager it didnt matter u could have up to 16 vehicles and it was up to u where to park. He was a little nicer to my husband. Would go back just make sure we can go in only the 2 vehicles. Thank you, The Morris Family

Spring break stay

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property! Listed description and pictures are accurate. Beautiful condo! Easy walk to beach where no driving is permitted so kids could play without fear of cars. Highly recommend this condo!

Amazing Vacation and Condo

We love staying here! The building and condominium are well cared for, and the pool and grounds are clean and very nice. We had easy access to both drive and non drive beach. We set up our tent on the no drive side but can walk over to the ice cream truck on the drive side. The condo is well stocked with pitchers, colanders and other utensils. We always bring our huge pot for the low country boil dinner, it was great having large colanders to use. Appliances were great. Having a Keurig for coffee was perfect. They also have a couple other drip coffee pots along with toasters & toaster oven. The view was spectacular from all windows in the kitchen and living room. There was plenty of room for sitting and hanging out and lots of choices for sleeping. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge. The owners are very easy to work with and hope to be back soon!

Perfect spot for a family vacation

Amazing Oceanfront Condo

This oceanfront condo is amazing! It has plenty of space for multiple families with kids. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. All of the residents at the condo were very friendly. Easy parking access. The best part of the condo is that it is located right on the beach! We will definitely come back again.

Best place to stay

The Sanibel unit is part of a brand new condo building so everything is new and fresh. It is the perfect location on Daytona Beach which allows you to drive on the beach, or you may use the private beach access located next to our building, and there are many other activities offered in the surrounding area.

Everything in the unit is brand new and was purchased specifically for the condo. Not only is the furniture comfortable but the decor will make you feel right at home. The size of the unit provides plenty of room for an entire family to come and stay comfortably. Or, smaller groups and couples will find there's plenty of privacy and room for them as well. Please note that a minimum age of 25 years old is required to reserve this unit.
