JANUARY 2026 UPDATE
-The reason our guests return year after year is our constant commitment to improving our condo so their exoerience is BEST IN CLASS. This month (January 2026) we did a complete paint refresh in the Living,Dining,Kitchen, and hall as well as adding a new accent wall in the entry hall. We gutted the laundry room, added a new high efficiency waterheater, new "Side by side" large capacity Samsung washer and dryer, new cabinets, paneling, and paint. We upgraded the TV in the Living Room with a new Samsung SMART TV, and Samsung surround sound sound bar.
-The best and largest pool deck on the beach has been completely rebuilt and fitted with Adirondack chairs, gas grills, tables, umbrellas, lounges, and shower towers. The newly enlarged pool deck results in more sun for our sunbathers as well as more shade for those who aren't. The spa is double the size of the original spa easily acomodating 8-10 people and the new seawall and glass pool fencing offer stunning beach and ocean views. A new direct access gate from the parking garage improves access to our pool deck and the beach ramp.
-Our building underwent a thorough engineering inspection and report by both an independent Engineering Firm as well as the Volusia County Building Inspector immediately after the hurricanes of 2022 and has been deemed safe and not at risk. Enjoy walks on the traffic free beach, gorgeous sunrises, and fun in the sand.

-The front Bedroom has been redecorated with new furniture and bedding. -New Sectional sofa with Chaise in the Living Room.
-The master bedroom has new paint, new bedding, and new curtains.
-Updated dining room table & chairs to continue to enjoy the amazing views.

Due to the popularity of this condo and its location in a quiet residential neighborhood south of Daytona Beach at the beginning of the "traffic-Free" beach, we book quickly. We have many repeat renters and 5-star reviews.
This gorgeous SOUTHEAST CORNER 2nd-floor condo is our home that we make available at certain times during the year. We are within a 1-hour drive to all Orlando area theme parks, Ponce Inlet, Kennedy Space Center, and St. Augustine your activity, nightlife, and dining choices are endless.
Furnished in the colors and style of South Miami Beach this condo offers the comfort and accommodations of a Million Dollar condo. Offering spectacular sunrises this over 2200 square foot southeast corner unit includes luxury amenities like granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, flat-screen T.V in ALL bedrooms and Living Room, wireless internet, separate laundry room with GE front load Washer and Dryer, surround sound stereo and particular attention to your comfort with our pillow top beds, linens and variety of pillows.
The master suite has an amazing oceanfront view. It has a king bed with a Sealy mattress, a 36" inch Flat Screen TV, and a reading chair. The suite has a large walk-in closet. It also has a grand private master bath with two sinks, granite countertops, a large walk-in shower, and a Jetted two-person bath. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and a separate dining area that seats 8 making it ideal for entertaining. This corner unit has wrap-around windows and 9' ceilings for a sense of openness and panoramic views of the ocean. There is an ocean view from each bedroom as well as ample closets. The front bedroom has a private bath, Queen Bed, a 32" Flat Screen TV, and a walk-in closet. Middle Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed and a wall-mounted 32" Flat Screen TV.
The community room features card tables, billiards, a kitchen, outdoor gas grills, and a fitness center. There is a hot tub spa on the oceanfront pool deck. The unit includes secured underground parking with one reserved parking space, and first come first served deck parking in front of the building. There is direct access to the beach with a ramp from the pool and garage.
Sanibel is located South of the Dunlawton Bridge in a quiet, safe, and secure area away from the crowds and the tourist areas yet is directly in the heart of the best restaurants and waterfront bars.

My wife and I purchased our beachfront condo new in 2007 to be close to our many friends who have weekend condos and boats in Daytona Beach Shores. We enjoy the tranquility of this area of Daytona Beach, the boating, weather, and great beach hang-outs. We are in the building and real estate industry and now that market conditions are improving dramatically we feel our area and our particular building will be a good investment for the future as there is only so much oceanfront and new construction will be limited in the future because of restrictions. I am an Associate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties in Midtown Atlanta and consistently a top producer. Susan is the creative member of our family designing unique stain glass, hand made quilts, artisan breads, and interior design. Our daughter is a graduate the University of Georgia Grady School of Journalism with a major in both Mass Communications, Theater, and a minor in French. And a graduate of UCLA with a Master's in Fine Arts-Film and TV Producing degree. After internships with Conan O'Brien, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), Fox TV, Fox Searchlight Films, and Universal Studios Focus Features Film in Los Angeles she is working in production and original programming for film and television. Whenever we have time, we enjoy visiting our condo and relish the time we spend there. Since relocating to Atlanta on 2010 we have made "OUR HOME" - "YOUR HOME" 48 weeks out of the year.

We are located in a primarily residential area with a mix of condos and single family homes-away from the crowds and tourist area. We designed and furnished our home for the comfort of our family and our guests. We constantly update our furnishings, fixtures, and linens to provide a 5 Star experience for our family of guests-many return year after year. We make it available on a limited basis when we are out of town. As a result, we feel we have one of the nicest units for limited rental in a great building. We are at the beginning of the "Traffic Free" beach in a very quiet residential area south of Daytona Beach. It's a great location and a beautiful place. Sanibel is rarely full so it's like your own private resort.

There is nothing like the beach life. You wake up to gorgeous sunrises with a vast expanse of sand to take a morning walk. The moon rising over the ocean is a spectacular sight, particularly when it's a Full Moon. There is such a feeling of well being here. There are great restaurants that are informal, value priced, and a lot of fun. We are convenient to the Central Florida area theme parks, fishing, boating, live music, seafood, and people with great attitudes. We enjoy streaming shows and movies and enjoying the surround sound with friends, sitting on the balcony and watching the moon rise over the ocean with a cold drink or glass of wine. In the mornings you'll find your neighbors walking on the "Traffic Free" and enjoying the cool ocean breezes. There are over 50 restaurants within 10 minutes of the condo with a diverse selection of foods from Seafood to BBQ, Pizza to Sushi, Mexican to Frozen Yogurt and great appetizers.
