My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at Ariel Dunes II. The rooms and kitchen were clean. The balcony had a clean view of the beach area. My grandkids had a choice of 3 pools on site. The host had very good communication during our stay.

Loved the condo! It was upgraded and had a wonderful balcony. Extremely clean which is always a concern. The pool was great and an easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

Came for an event nearby and this was the perfect location could walk to the beach, could walk to the event. Facilities were great and easy to check in and out.

Awesome family vacation!

The condo was very clean and had all of the comforts of home. We really enjoyed the beach devotional in the condo. We will definitely be back.

Great location! Lovely place.

We had an excellent time at the Ariel Dunes II. We were in town for a music event and the venue was right outside our door and the beach was close too! Great apartment and amenities made for an easy and comfortable stay!

Beautiful condo

Condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Beautiful views, decor,clean close to the beach wt restaurants and shops near by and vary easy way to get in touch with management. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly

I would suggest kitchen sponge/ scrubbers to clean the pans. And dust/ clean remove imitation plants as they caused allergies.

Dianne, Thanks for your review. Per our conversation at checkout, we are working with our distributor to acquire sponges with a scrubber side to aid in our guests dishwashing efforts. We're sorry you were unable to wash dishes to your satisfaction during your stay, our housekeepers are the best in the business and have cleaned any dishes you may have been unable to clean prior to departure. You also mentioned the plant on top of the refrigerator when we met at checkout but made no mention of any allergic issues. As stated at checkout, that plant has been thrown out. We did so just after we had your extended stay beyond checkout time approved by the onsite security at no additional cost to you. We hope you enjoyed your extra time at the resort! Despite these two minor issues we're glad you enjoyed your stay! To those reading - This guest had no complaints during their stay and raved about the condo in person, but for some reason left a lackluster review. Please know that our condos are immaculately clean, and very well maintained at all times. The plant in question has been thrown away. We are also getting new sponges. Just perfect

It was so nice. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing as well. There was a short walk across the property to get to the beach, but it wasn’t too bad. I would definitely book again.

Family vacay

Everything was so beautiful, quiet and clean!! I always got a quick response from manager! The 2 bed 2 bed bath with living room pull out was plenty of room for our family of 6. It was very accommodating. I will definitely be booking again!

Amazing unit! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This unit was great. Very clean when we got there and check-in was a breeze with just a door code. Stayed here with my husband and 4 boys ages 14, 12, 6 & 1. Enough space for all of us and the balcony was amazing. It was extra deep so we felt very safe having the kids out there as well. Great view of pool and sunsets. Thanks for a great stay!

Just book it!!

Communication with property management was easy and prompt. Check in process just as easy. Property was perfect for my family! Loved the balcony. I would say 3-5 minutes walk to the beach. Very clean! Will absolutely book again.

The location, amenities, and communication were all great! The only thing we did not like was the amount of noise from other tenants upstairs during the night. Noise to some extent was to be expected for these types of units but it was a bit more than expected during the night with a 1 year old. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay with everything being close by!

Ladies Festival Stay

This is one of the cleanest rental properties we have ever stayed in. I appreciated the very short list of items to address at checkout and the overall cleanliness of the property. This unit had a lovely view, superb balcony, and was well positioned to walk the local area and enjoy our short vacation together. We rented this unit for a ladies trip and I only wish there were others adjacent with the same management company. I appreciated how responsive our host was when we had an inquiry. We are already looking at dates to return!

Beautiful condo and building but crowded

It was a beautiful condo and a beautiful building but it was extremely crowded. There was a group of 400 teenagers staying in the building that were very noisy. They basically took over the pools and the beach.

We are sorry to hear about the disturbances you experienced, during your stay, we would have gladly offered assistance had we been made aware. If you are looking to avoid crowds, I would not recommend booking a condo in a 24 story high-rise during the peak-Summer months. We offer many low-rise options that would be a bit less populated and more along the lines of what you are looking for. Beautiful Unit

Couple of things that might need to be addressed. No Ice Cubes from the Frid. Remote in Master needs to be replaced. Washing Machine may have a small leak and additional storage containers for left covers would be great. Our only disappointment was that you could not use the Dunes I pool also. Would have been nice because of how the sun rises.
