(Our Nest thermostats may occasionally turn off the A/C to conserve energy.) - Verified that all TVs are working and replaced remote batteries where needed. - Power washed the balconies in August Regarding the concern about gnats, we did not observe this issue during inspection, but we will continue to monitor closely to ensure it doesn’t affect future guests.

It's worth noting that we received no complaints during your visit until after a city-wide power outage occurred—an unfortunate event that affected multiple homes in the area and was completely outside of our control. That said, we take the condition and cleanliness of our home very seriously. We have professional pest control servicing the property monthly, and our landscapers come twice a month to maintain the exterior. Following your feedback, we also conducted a full inspection, including checking all bathrooms for mold—none was found—and we addressed any minor maintenance needs to keep the property in top shape. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything is not up to expectations, as we’re happy to address concerns in real time. We've hosted many satisfied guests here, and we remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for home for every stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We take pride in maintaining our home to the highest standards, and we want to address some of the points you've raised. First, the house is actually painted twice a year—every Spring and Fall—ensuring it remains fresh and well-kept. In fact, it was last painted on October 14th 2024. Regarding cleanliness, we have professional monthly pest control, and this is the first time we’ve received any feedback about bugs. As for the kitchen, we always ensure there are sufficient supplies for our guests. We have silverware to accommodate up to 16 guests, along with all essential kitchen items. We will, however, double-check the stock and address any oversight to ensure everything is as expected. We’re glad you enjoyed the space and hope you’ll consider giving us another try, knowing we are always committed to providing a well-maintained and fully equipped home for our guests.

Hey Bryan, I totally understand your frustration with the trash. Unfortunately, the prior guest had a big event and it left alot of trash that could not be picked up until closer to the end of your stay. We do have brand new nest thermostat that tries to be smart but you can turn the smart feature off. If you would've asked we could've helped. We will also have our handyman look at the other issues you mentioned and ensure they are fixed today

This is not at all what happened. We allow events and charge an event fee based on the number of people. She CHANGED the number of people during the day of check-in. It went from 30 in writing to 60 over the phone. We have to charge you the event fee now and she didn't want to pay and kept begging. Against my best jusgement I agreed to make the event fee FULLY refundable if the home was left spotless as a good bit of the event fee goes towards hiring another cleaning crew to help get the house ready for the next guest. At the end we did send ALL her money back but she was not honest with us in the beginning
