Located between Ludington and Manistee, with 115' of private sandy beach frontage. Newer 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage. Surrounded by crystal blue Lake Michigan and 10,000 acres of Manistee National Forest land. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic views of the lake, awesome sunsets, or go for walks on the miles of sandy beach or hikes on the many trails through the National Forest.

Many other attractions in the area such as casino, charter fishing, shopping, etc.

Great setting for romantic getaways or for making family memories.

Fall is beautiful here for color tours, wine tasting trips, etc. Great discounted rates for weeks or weekends.

Please note there is 1 week minimum rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

An amazing location, the views are spectacular!! The house was ideal for our group of ladies and had every item we would ever need in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, a bonus. Thank you to the hosts for checking in on us to see if things were fine. Honestly, we hated to leave.

Beautiful Lake Michigan cottage. Couldn’t have asked for anything better for our annual sisters trip. The cottage had everything we needed from comfortable beds to a well stocked kitchen. Very clean and nicely decorated.78 steps down to a pristine Lake Michigan beach. The best rental we have experienced. Hopefully we will return in the future.

Perfect get away to Lake Michigan

Beautiful setting on the shores of Lake Michigan! House and grounds were exceptionally maintained. (Very key for me) From the kayaks and beach toys/games to the bonfire with seasoned wood and the bbq grill to the well stocked kitchen and comfortable living indoors, everything was in good condition, well thought out and available to provide guests a pleasant up north/beach house experience. I feel fortunate to have found this vacation spot and it’s always a pleasure working with Casey and enjoying his hospitality.

Awesome Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! It is an oasis of peaceful relaxation in a remote setting above the lake. The owner is great to work with and the home is immaculate and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We put it to the test by having every meal there and there wasn’t a gadget or small appliance we were missing. The view is phenomenal. The layout is great with basically three separate sleeping areas. Sunsets were enjoyed nightly on the lakefront deck as were bonfires with a gorgeous backdrop. We will definitely be back.

Secret Pal Weekend 2020

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations! Despite the cold weather we had a fabulous time, playing cards, watching movies, and enjoying views of Lake Michigan. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and the home is by far the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Casey called to ask if we had any questions and to let us know he was only a phone call away. I highly recommend this home and look forward to staying there in the future.

This property is one of the best VRBO rentals I have ever stayed in. It was clean, spacious, great kitchen, great bathrooms and a great view of a great lake! The beach was sand that you could walk on for a long way, or out into Lake Michigan to the 2nd sand bar. We had a quiet getaway, that featured a lot of beach time, cooking great meals, and fishing for salmon and steelhead. The guide was maybe 20 minutes away at the marina. Just perfect, we will come back. The host was conscientious and kind.

Stunning!

This property is absolutely stunning! The house itself is completely updated and immaculate and includes every possible thing you would ever need for a very comfortable stay. And the views of the lake? Absolutely amazing! It literally looks like a painting. And the owner (Casey) was great to work with-super responsive and very helpful. I can't recommend this property enough. I've rented quite a few homes on VRBO and this property is by far the nicest and again, the owners have thought of every conceivable detail you could ever want or need. We had such a great time!

Perfect Labor Day weekend

We - three couples - stayed for past Labor Day. The property is absolutely perfect and spotless. Three bedrooms with full bath each are located at three different layers and completely separate, which gave each couple full privacy. There are additional space on each level as well. All implacable and versatile. Kitchen is clean and well equipped. We cooked there as well as grilled outside. Outside is the best part with breathtaking views from all over especially from the deck hanging over cliff. The best sunset views from there. 77 steps stair gets you to the beach, which has its own deck with beach chairs and accessories. The beach has very good access - no stones, just yellow sand going into turquoise water. The best of Pure Michigan!!!

Everything about this rental is perfect. Clean, beautiful decor, every kitchen appliance you could want, and most of all, an absolutely perfect location. Loved sleeping in the loft and waking up to see Lake Michigan without even getting out of bed! We were so happy with our choice!

Absolutely Amazing & Beautiful Cottage

Wow! This cottage did not disappoint. The views and sunsets were some of the most beautiful we have ever seen. Our group of six were very impressed at how clean and comfortable the cottage was. It has everything you need. A very peaceful atmosphere to truly relax and unwind. Casey was amazing and very attentive to anything we needed. This place is truly a little piece of heaven on earth! Wonderful Weekend

Casey was a very responsive and sincere host. This was by far the most immaculate rental we have stayed in. Breathtaking sunset views and the perfect place to unplug from the hustle and bustle of daily living. We enjoyed quiet evenings outside and daily walks on the beach.

Perfect quiet getaway!

This was our first Lake Michigan rental, what an amassing week! The weather was great and the beach was all ours! The house was exactly as described, clean and with everything we needed. The over look was our favorite spot, just beautiful. Casey was very attentive and helpful. He includes directions with are easy to follow. Your GPS may take you on a forest adventure. Grocery shopping is about 30 minutes away, I was glad we brought ours with us. It saved time and allowed us to start our vacation right away! We would love to stay here again!

Nirvana on Lake Michigan

What a incredible place right in Lake Michigan. Our friends have stayed in dozens of places around the world and told us this was their favorite. Quiet peaceful and removed yet with all the comforts of home. Clean, spacious and the perfect combination of updated modern yet still having that Up North cottage on the Lake feels. Outstanding

Peaceful Getaway

Perfect-peaceful Lake Michigan getaway! Only 40 min from home but surely did the trick! The deck is amazing! The cottage is as well! Super clean & cute! Had a fire every night! The owner was very helpful! Will be back!

We have been in this area for 20 years and love the secluded setting, both the towns of Manistee and Ludington.

We love the beach, with the long walks and beach glass hunting. Some days we will the only people on the beach for miles. We also love just sitting on the decks reading and relaxing. It is a great place to go and get away.
