Stay on 20 acres of land set on the side of a hill in a quiet, private neighborhood and enjoy a short drive to the White Mountains, 5+ lakes, ski mountains, North Conway, etc. Whether you prefer to relax on our deck (that view!), cozy up next to the indoor fireplace or outdoor firepit, or spend every minute active in nature, this place can't be beat.

FAMILIES: We are VERY family-friendly! If you are traveling with children, please let us know. We can provide high-chairs, toys (play kitchen, books, etc.), pack n’ play portable cribs, and outdoor fun like a baby pool, beach toys, etc.

PETS: Dogs are welcome! Must be noted on reservation. If left unattended at the house, please keep your dog in a crate to avoid any damage or injuries. If you would like us to provide a crate, we can arrange for one.

No parties
No smoking anywhere on the premises (including the deck)
No fires in the indoor fireplace – please light the candles provided instead
Please respect quiet hours (10 pm per association rules)
Please respect the areas in the house that are off-limits to guests (part of the unfinished basement space and one upstairs closet).
