Fred, thank you for sharing your experience, we're glad that you enjoyed the spaciousness of our home and that its location served you well. That said, we apologize for the areas you felt in need of some TLC and we shared your comments with the local manager. They assured us that the corn hole bag that had a hole has been replaced and the air hockey game is working and new instructions have been provided in case any problems arise when using it. They also noted that the home's water filtration system is up to date and running, and it is a high mineral water filter so will have higher mineral content but has been professionally installed and regularly maintained. It was recently checked while the homeowners were on-site, and the filtration system is running and operating correctly. The refrigerator water dispenser was frozen and has since been corrected and we are sorry for any inconvenience. Additionally, the stove is in good working order, the shower doors are operating and all issues have been fixed. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and we hope to have the chance to host you again.
